We had a great stay here. We first got free upgrade to the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I was really grateful about was that I left Phuket for Krabi in a hurry so I forgot my envelop with cash in it (28k Balt). I called the hotel hoping someone could have found and kept it for me. But to be honest I didn’t have high hope as 28k Balt is a lot of money to the locals. To my great surprise they found it in the safe, and my power bank. A special thanks to the manager, Nancy! Thank you all so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was as advertised to be just a one-minute walk away from Karon Beach, and the staff took care of us extremely well throughout our stay. The room was spacious and cleaned well daily, and the two restaurants at the hotel served delicious food at arguably affordable prices for restaurant hotels. The pool was also clean and looked well-maintained. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a quieter place to chill and relax at!

We have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants. I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children. All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you. The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service. A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too. I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen. My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music. Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive. I look forward to seeing the finished renovations and visiting again in the future.

This hotel doenot provide tooth brush and tooth paste Hotel had s beautiful view to Karon beach,but not recommended for disable or old people ( like us already 80 yrs and my wife 79 yrs old) and who suffer knee painful ,because this Hotel doesnot have a lift.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Tastefully designed hotel. Spacious room. It would have been better if the different blocks were connected by sheltered walkways. Breakfast was delicious with limited options, but the pool was beautiful and large. Staff were generally friendly. Do note that there are several cats within the hotel. This resort is also very popular among Chinese tourists.

This hotel is the absolute best for kids. There is a kids club, and also a kids pool with slides, water guns and free floats and balls provided. Every morning at breakfast there will be a costume mascot that will greet the kids. We had a lobster, dolphin and crab appear during our stay. Staff were also wonderful and helpful. Having a shuttle is a nice touch considering the steep uphill climb back to the hotel. I appreciate the sustainability efforts the hotel has put in. But my battle with the toothpaste was not ideal. I could not tear open the toothpaste packaging. The bed we had was super king size. Truly remarkable. My wife is a light sleeper so it made our trip even more pleasant. Overall I would say Massimo Bernardi the GM has done a good job with the place. From the activities, to staff attentiveness and even the maintenance of the place. There were even yoga sessions in the morning for those who are into it. And finally would like to thank for the cake in the fridge. It was a very nice surprise.

The hotel facilities are good, the support teams are attentive, overall it is a good place to stay. I would suggest to management that the bits that didn’t do so well were the way you made me feel when we decided to stay a couple of days longer. The reception/bookings team weren’t really interested, which made me feel a bit like I wasn’t important at all. I booked through Trip.com and was told it would take an hour to confirm, all the time I was up and down from my sun bed and room. We had to swap rooms which I understand but we were given a room that was right next to the Mint bar (very noisy) and close to the front, it felt like a room that hadn’t been used for a long time. When it was time for checking out, we asked for a late check out till 2pm but this was a straight no, I offered to pay for this, but it was still a no. We weee packing in the room at 11.30 only to receive a phone call telling us we needed to be out of the room for 12. It would have been better phrased to see if they could have helped us with anything etc. we left the room and went back to the pool for a few hours taking a bottle of water from the room only to be met with a lifeguard who explained outside food and drink wasn’t allowed. I explained we were out of our room, he suggested “I leave the poolside, walk round and drink it then come back” I understand the thought, but the execution was terrible, once again leaving me feel like I was completely in the wrong. We went to reception where we were promised a shower room. This was more like 1* than a five star facility, again made to feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience now they’d had our money. This is only small things but we all remember how people made us feel. Would I go back? Yes, the place is nice as long as you play by their rules

The place is beautiful for sure. And stuff always says hi . But while check out . I call to ask for late check out. And I was informed that i cannot, which is fine. After this , i got call every 30 second and 1 minute to inform me i need to do checkout. After I told them give me 10 minutes to packing , they send over a stuff , literally waiting for me outside and after a while knock on the door again.. this is one of ridiculous experience I ever had for check out . Very uncomfortable to be honest.

I think this hotel was a little underwhelming, unfortunately my experience isn’t how it’s being marketed. It’s okay but not exactly somewhere you can ‘retreat’. The location is good, next to a 7/11 and they offer free shuttles to the beach. The room is quite clean but they have a drainage problem. The room has a strong sewage smell which they try to mask with essential oils. The facilities also didn’t live up to expectations, I didn’t see any morning exercise classes and the pool “bar” was practically empty. Half way through my stay they started doing renovations in the daytime (10-4) which is quite distracting. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud during the day speaking to each other across the hallway. I did enjoy their breakfast, I think it had a wide range and was worth it. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.
