If I could rate this hotel I would. They provided very good service throughout. The stuff is very helpful!! I got food allergy from some street food I ate and the hotel staff were very helpful and responded very quickly to me. They rushed me to the hospital and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t feel too alone after that. I’m very grateful:) The food at the hotel is great,very quiet environment. Also very near old Phuket town. It’s a bit far from most of the beaches tho about 40 minutes in a cab. But besides all that highly recommend this hotel:)

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.

Free upgrade a better pool vila very nice The facility in the pool vila is very nice,it has a huge pool and dinning room. The water park is not so big, but it is already enough for us It is also near the airport and the beach We will choose to stay again

We had a great stay here. We first got free upgrade to the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I was really grateful about was that I left Phuket for Krabi in a hurry so I forgot my envelop with cash in it (28k Balt). I called the hotel hoping someone could have found and kept it for me. But to be honest I didn’t have high hope as 28k Balt is a lot of money to the locals. To my great surprise they found it in the safe, and my power bank. A special thanks to the manager, Nancy! Thank you all so much!

Lovely hotel and pool , room was great , very very nice bed I think only down side for me and I probs should of said because it’s close to two mange drag bars that Go on till 1-2am is kinda kept me awake for being up at 6am to leave so next time will ask to be other side of hotel so away from the club side , But was lovely stay

This trip I have reserved one room with 3 beds for my family and hotel upgraded us to a suite room with 2 Big beds with a living room which was a surprise to us . Room size no doubt is spacious enough, room to breakfast area is within 1 min walking distance😙 Breakfast area is spacious , food have varieties to choose from. Hotels have 3 pools for you to enjoy. Bowling is also available which provides more fun during your stay. Staffs are efficient , there was an incident about the air condition in room when we came back from dinner, they quickly asked the engineering staff to come to fix it right away. We appreciated of their response and assistance 👍🏼👍🏼

We have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants. I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children. All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you. The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service. A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too. I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen. My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music. Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive.
