Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy, that why they upgraded us. I advise you to bring with you something to snack on instead of ordering from the restaurant, which is a bit overpriced. also, the main pool got some green spots they promised they would remove. overall it a very good option for couples who want some quiet time away from busy phuket. I would come back if they solved the language and pool thing. like any tropical place, take care of geckos and mosquitoes. but room services react quickly to geckos

The villa we stayed in was beautiful with really nice amenities- expect prices to be at a premium in comparison to the mainland but remember you are getting the island experience in return ! - The staff where really friendly, helpful and attentive. on a side note I’m not the type of traveller to write a poor review however in this case I must add that during the few weeks I’ve travelled through phuket really poor guest behaviour was a standout at this resort - the resort must put in measures towards dealing with the poor guest culture they are allowing towards the employees and other guests - There is no expectation in place for guests social etiquette nor a security presence to support employees or guests - A consideration I would definitely take into account prior to choosing this resort for a special occasion / a place of relaxation during your holiday. Barcelo are a great hotel group and I’ve stayed with them at several of there locations , however the complete lack of consideration towards the guest culture of the resort , barcelos island paradise will end in island nightmare

The pros- Upon checking in, I was really impressed with how Como Point Yamu has a melange of modern and contemporary European aesthetics with Thai elements which surprisingly work really work well together. It took approximately 40 mins to get to the airport and 40 mins to get to central Phuket. The hotel is beautifully styled and feels like a luxurious retreat. The room very clean and spacious, and we were able to get a room with a large bath tub (as requested) and even a balcony with a view of the bay. The are a lot of activities to keep you busy during the day- yoga/stretching classes, beach walks, bracelet making classes, towel folding classes, etc which were complimentary. Enjoyed using the gym facilities as well. For breakfast- the selection was plentiful (buffet and a la carte menu) and there were a lot of fresh fruits and juices to choose from. Especially enjoyed the chocolate muffins. Breakfast is at La Sirena which is by the pool, and has a wonderful view of the sea. The Pad Kra Pao from the in-room dining menu one of the favorite things I had during my trip. Some points that can be improved- Staff and hospitality may be inconsistent. The reception staff were very friendly but the communication regarding activities prior to checking in seemed to had not been well coordinated. The massage I had booked had not been confirmed due to a technical/communication error. The Como Shamabala staff were really great and professional. I had a massage in the past at the Como Shambala Spa which was one of the best, but this time the massage therapist did not reach my expectations. Upon informing the staff, the team called for the therapist to provide a session. Regarding a breakfast staff- For the a la carte menu (1 order per person) I was not able to finish the fried rice which I didn’t want it to go to waste so I asked if we could get it to go. After it had been packed up, the staff which handed it to us (pretty sternly) said we were not allowed pack up food. If only the staff had told us that this couldn’t be done, we would have understood. At the Como in Ubud we were able to get the food to go- but policy might be different. Overall- it was a wonderful experience especially for the price, and would definitely stay here again.

➕ ⛱️The hotel is new, clean and nice. ⛱️The tennis facilities are super great! ⛱️The swimming pool is clean and very convenient. ➖ 🏝️But the location… not far from the airport but far from everything 😂 restaurants, beaches. 🏝️The breakfast is not great, very simple, but there is no choice because because there is nowhere to eat. 🏝️The food at the restaurant is not so delicious. 🟰If you want to play 🎾 tennis, it’s a great place to stay. From the time I arrived till I departed, I was nothing short of being impressed with the facilities and the service provided by the team over here...now this is my go-to place of stay when I am in Phuket! The rooms are spacious, the favourite part is actually the shampoo, conditioner and body showers gel, it's one of the best I have used, felt like I came out from a spa. The housekeeping team also ensured that my room was extremely clean. The restaurant staff were so warm and friendly, which is a rarity nowadays. The front office and concierge team was consistent, providing warmth in their service, and was thoughtful to my needs. Thank you team! I will be back 100% Cheers

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure my trip was perfect. The villas themselves are stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the little details, like the quality linens and nightly turndown service, really made a difference. The private pool in my villa was an absolute highlight—clean, serene, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Speaking of relaxation, the resort’s main pool is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and lush greenery surrounding it. It felt like a hidden oasis. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites. Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond, whether it was helping me book excursions, recommending local spots to visit, or just checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.

Amazing hotel! You get your own private entrance and parking spot if needed. Its clean, quiet, spacious and the staff are lovely and provide towels and water everyday. There is a shared kitched by the front of the building. And a few shops nearby.

The room is very clean. The room is very big and comfortable. There is a swimming pool in front of the room. It is very comfortable and quiet. There is a microwave, toaster, cups, plates, and coffee. It is very convenient.

We were very happy and fantastic when we stayed there. Hotel Tide is really an amazing hotel as I know. Services & cleanness are also very good and we don’t have to complain anything. But we would like to suggest one thing only. If possible, pls put hand wash on the toilet’s basin instead of soap. By the way, hotel’s breakfast buffets are delicious too much and hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful.
