WiFi was absolutely terrible, not useable. Will just about work for basic messaging and email. You can supposedly get faster wifi by signing up, but the signup process didn't work for me - ”There is a technical problem, please try again later” - possibly because the free wifi is too bad for you to be able to sign up. Room was OK, staff were mostly useless (apart from the cleaning staff that were friendly and efficient, and one young guy who was at reception sometimes). For this money there are definitely better hotels in Phuket.

The hotel is everything that it says in the website. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedding is great. The services they provide are excellent and personnel are friendly and helpful. The hotel has an exceptional gym, great spa and restaurant. There’s a bakery at the ground floor which has a very large variety of food.
The hotel location is in the center of Phuket, the area has lots of small, local shops for souvenirs and many restaurants with different types of food which is great for a night walk.
To go to the beaches, though, you will need to take long rides.

Hotel is newly renovated but some of the items inside the room is quite old like the bed frame. Luckily I am just an average weight.
Location is perfect for those who just want to walk around and explore the area. There’s a lot of restaurants & cafe nearby but my most favourite is the nearby spa.
The service is good, especially at the restaurant and those who tidy up the rooms. The only downside is the check-in process which takes super long. Early check-in is impossible. Arrived 10minutes earlier and declined for check-in because the room is not ready. I tried to check-in again around 14:06 and was declined again. Luckily my thai friend is there to help me talk with the reception and viola they have the available room for me instantly.
As for the amenities there’s an outdoor swimming pool and I am sure they can still improve the cleanliness of it.
They offer free coffee and tea but there’s no kettle/water heater available in the room. Lucky for me I don’t take hot drinks so it’s fine.
But overall my stay is good.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests.
The only area for improvement would be the soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which occasionally disrupted my sleep. That said, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t overshadow the many positives of my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Location close to halal restaurant Mashaa. Wak 2 mins only. Walk 5 mins to Apoona Roti for breakfast. Old town phuket all within walking distance for tourist to take photos.. I forgot to bring my adaptor, but the receptionist lent me one. So nice of her. Spacious n clean room. Recommended

Had an amazing stay here!
10/10 for safety—reception area is only until 12 am but it automatically locks from the inside and the only people can enter are the guests.
Location wise, walking distance from phuket old town and other cafes and restos.
Grab is our ultimate best friend.
And to our surprise, public jeepney transport going to patong beach is just parked right outside the hotel.
Downside, hmm the matres maybe? A bit hard.
And there’s a balcony which kinda useless since the view is the roof of your neighbour.

This hotel was an inconvenient stay. There was an inventory list in the room stating that guests would be fined if any items were lost or damaged. However, those items were not present in the room, and even when I requested them at the front desk, they were not provided. For example, these items included a kettle, coffee cups, spoons, and a hairdryer. It was troublesome that I couldn’t have a warm cup of tea or coffee. There is no convenience store nearby. Another issue was the bed. Although I requested a double bed, it was simply two single beds pushed together. Every time I turned over, my back would hit the seam between the beds, which was painful. This hotel needs to improve its services.

PPikachuuuuuuThe hotel has nice pool and spa facilities.
It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool.
We arrived in the hotel in the evening.
Some negative things happened
The room has water leaking issue from the fridge,
The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages.
The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

SSophieInchinaWe have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants.
I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children.
All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you.
The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service.
A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too.
I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen.
My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music.
Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive. I look forward to seeing the finished renovations and visiting again in the future.

NNeil NicholasFrom the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there.
Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try.
Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes.
Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors.
Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.

The nature phuket was such a beautiful hotel. I booked deluxe room for 3 nights. Amazing mountain and sea view. Room. Was so spacious. The sliding doors was a impressive idea. Balcony so big and me and my girl had a good time over there. Walking distance to kalim beach. Staff so friendly, especially NUT from front desk. Unfortunately I have to check out 2 days earlier, due to leg fracture at island hopping. Missed the pool side experience. Strongly recommended. Best hotel for relaxing and have fun.

Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

FFroyWhen I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank.
The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel.
They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.
