We’ve spent only one night here as we missed our flight. Hotel is really close to airport, so if you have a flight early in the morning it is a perfect choice. The furniture in the room was quite old style. The breakfast was good and we had from where to choose. Twin beds can’t be put together so if you are a couple you may want to book a double bed. There is a 7 eleven near the hotel. I would recommend the stay if you want to be near airport.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Very smooth, complimentary pick-up from airport though could easily walk from airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Small restaurant next to main hotel serving breakfast and fairly decent coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The hotel is about an 8 min drive to the airport and 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are more holiday-apartment style with a kitchenette and lounge area + bedroom. Our room was cleaned daily & check-in was a breeze. They have hourly shuttles to the beach and back. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of meals. There’s a Sabai Massage and a 7-eleven just around the corner. Cons: The main lobby is not wheelchair - friendly they don’t have a ramp and you will have to lift your heavy suitcases over the steps to and from reception!!The shower gel & shampoo are tiny only enough for 1 person to use just once.They provide only 1 gown and sleepers to use for 7 days. There’s a laundry service that only takes 10 baht coins and you need to go to the bank to get them if the 7-Eleven doesn’t have enough! Waisted a whole day tryin to get coins cos the hotel didn’t have any & the banks were closed. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!

A well located hotel with nice size rooms and a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a large swimming pool with a spa jet arrangement. The location is not far from a 7-Eleven and the numerous shops in Nai Yang and the beach front. The pool could do with some more chemicals in it but it's a nice addition otherwise. The staff were very kind and accommodating and helpful

Cleanliness - there were old stains on the headboard and couch but I’m fine with these as long as they have been handled by cleaning agents 😆 daily housekeeping is great! Location - super near from the airport but it’s an hour by car to popular places like Patong and Central Phuket. Food choices nearby are great and there is a 7 Eleven within walking distance. Service - reception staff are always responsive to requests. Appreciate their professionalism! 😀 Amenities - slippers and toothbrush are not provided, which is a common practice nowadays. View from my room 202 was nice! TV is the room is installed using a flexible bracket and picture quality was great! Overall great value for money! The only thing that really annoyed me was an incident where the hotel’s email got hacked and I received a scam message via WhatsApp to provide personal information and payment, which Trip and the hotel did not provide any proper resolution or explanation to the customer.

Decent hotel with the price paid. Booked the room for half day stay as flight is at night. Hotel room is clean. Towel is clean and white. No smell. Reached hotel at 12pm. Seems like they will not check if there are available rooms to check in early as they will not do any pre-registeration or ask any detail of your booking until 2pm. Prepare to sit in the lobby or walk around (fyi). Location is good with 711 and some eateries along the street. Airport pick up service - call the hotel when you reached arrival hall. (5mins drive from hotel) Airport drop off service - request when check out. It was an hourly service but they are kind enough to accomodate if they are able to. Swimming pool is consider small.

10 min walk to the airport. They can arrange a free pick up as well as daily transport to quiet Nai Yang beach (20 min on foot). There are buses from the airport to the old town and other beaches if you want a day out. 100 Baht and an hour to get there. Lots of shops, restaurants, money exchange, cafes, market etc nearby. Hotel restaurant has delicious food which is much cheaper than the beach. The rooftop pool is amazing. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Very close to beach which was very clean and amazing. Also close to airport too. Lot of small shops around for some activities during evening. Including the hotel, nothing is overpriced so you don’t feel like scammed.Far away to downtown which most of the activities takes place tho. Restaurant food also good, breakfast not many choices but it’s ok. Overall nice place to stay and acceptable fee for such place

Fantastic stay overnight for early flight less than 15 minutes walk to the departure (B100 taxi) The room is large clean fresh and the building is new couple of years old Large double bed marble floor icy cold fridge A place to eat few minute walk to main street I rate 🌟🌟🌟
