Hotel di Nai Yang Beach, Phuket

Nai Yang beach resort n spa located along the nai Yang beach. Just across the road is the beautiful Nai Yang beach so location is considered excellent. The resort is clean n also staffs are always smiling and provide a great service. Both pools are nice n big. Breakfast was average. Highly recommended if you plan to stay for few nights and stay close to airport.

When I say the experience was 10/10, I mean that. They really took good care of us. We are definitely coming back for the third time.

We wanted to stay in a hotel close to the airport that also offered the luxury we needed, and JW Marriott did not disappoint!! We were greeted and welcomed by Julian. He offered us welcome drinks and assisted with check-in. The room was spacious, super clean and we had a good view of the garden and ocean. The bathroom is a little dated especially when compared to other Marriott's but it wasn't a big deal for us. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! It's more expensive than most places but it's worth every penny! The Andaman restaurant served delicious food. We love the seafood curry. Tee was so attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We also loved the Big Fish. Yok, Jaeb, Joey and Nam where the best!!! They made our holiday extra special. Yok entertained our kids and they loved his little tricks. Jaeb's cocktails were divine!!! The children loved the Kids Club as well. Friendly, attentive staff that made our kids feel safe and welcomed. The only thing we can complain about is that Big Fish was very hot but they did provide fans. We will definitely return!

The location is good: not far from the airport and beaches, 7/11 nearby, and several cafes. The hotel is new, everything is clean and beautiful. The only unclear point is the lack of a roof on the veranda in the villas, there is no protection from the sun or rain, although it seems like a roof is supposed to be there. Make at least some kind of canopy out of fabric, please, you don't need to burn for a long time under the hot Thai sun. And after the rains, the sun loungers are all wet, as are the swings (the cushions on them are very dirty by the way)

It’s actually a very clean and decent hotel , the rooms are spacious , bathrooms are spotless , WiFi works very well, and the bed is huge . I only have 1 issue with the room - there’s not enough electric plugs next to the bed and even the existing ones suffer from the ever problematic Thai plugs that are a mixture between European and Asian plugs where a laptop brick doesn’t manage to withstand its own weight. Put more European or British plugs that can support a proper charger

Excellent hotel, spacious two-room houses: living room and bedroom. It was comfortable with a child. Quiet place, nothing prevented sleep. There is a veranda, it is nice to sit in the evening. Small and clean hotel, friendly staff. The location is good, the beach is 5-7 minutes away. You need to go straight, through a small vacant lot behind the gate, this is the fastest way. In general, the beach and the place are very quiet, ideal with children, there are almost no waves, the cafes on the beach are good, there is a tops supermarket and a laundry nearby.

Great hotel close to the airport (a taxi only cost 200baht) and within 10-15 min walk to the beach and main restaurant area. The rooms are very clean, spacious and with pool views and access. The pool is very nice and clean and the hotel owners are lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Above all else, the Touch Green Hotel Naiyang is value for money. Simple, clean and well-equipped rooms (definitely go for the more expensive bungalows or book a room with a balcony) more than do their job for the price you pay. A few minutes’ walk and you’re at the beach. And if you don’t fancy the beach, the hotel swimming poool is located around the back and is situated in a green beauty spot next to a pond that is home to a beautiful swan and many other birds. Time spent at the pool is really relaxing. They do need to buy more pool loungers if they get busier though, because four just won’t be enough. Especially now the Chinese border has reopened for tourism. Reception is currently closed, so you go to the gym (which I am assured is excellent) or to the Green Cafe opposite for keys and beach towels etc. Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but a number of restaurants, including the afore mentioned Green Cafe, are a brief walk away. Naiyang itself is bit of an unknown gem, has a lovely beach, is very convenient for the airport, isn’t dominated by R***ian mafia and has a nice range of Thai, seafood or pizza restaurants. I will definitely come here again, and my first priority will be to book the Touch Green.

Ok for business trip

We stayed at this lovely hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the rooms were. They may be on the smaller side, but they’re incredibly comfortable and well-designed. The road is nearby, but once you close the door, the noise is barely noticeable, which made for a peaceful stay. The hostess was exceptionally caring and attentive, making me feel right at home. Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway!
