I give it 5 out of 5. The furniture in the room is not new, the hotel is old, but the staff tries very hard to maintain cleanliness. They do it well.

Tribe Hotel is a newly opened hotel in 2024, offering a modern and trendy design. However, the rooms are not very spacious. Our stay was end of Feb 2025. We arrived early, around 10 AM, and the staff—Indy, Yale, and Gunny—were very nice and friendly. They kindly offered us an early check-in while ensuring we got a high-floor room as requested. The hotel room comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and 3 complimentary capsules, adding a nice touch for coffee lovers. The location is a 15-minute walk to EmQuartier, a popular shopping mall, but the hotel also provides a free shuttle service every hour, making it more convenient for guests. Day 1: We initially stayed in a twin room, but the beds were too small. The next morning, we requested a king-size bed, and the staff made the effort to arrange a room change. We left our luggage at the lobby in the morning, and the staff helpfully moved it to our new room later in the day. Day 2: The TV was not functioning, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to toilet sewerage issues. We requested another room change, and the staff in charge immediately assisted us. The new room was much better, with no odor, and the TV worked well, allowing us to watch all channels. The hotel breakfast is decent, but the variety of options is limited.

Excellent location. Excellent service - Our room was not ready when we checked in at noon. So we went to have lunch and shopping. When we came back to the hotel at 3 pm, our luggage were brought to our room. The only issue I had was the temperature of the shower. The hot water was not consistent. Sometimes, it gets too hot. So be careful when showering.

The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

Just wrapped up an unforgettable 3-day, 2-night stay in the Junior Suite, and let me tell you—it was pure magic! From the moment I stepped in, the team made me feel like royalty. A big shoutout to Ing, who not only nailed the check-in but personally showed me around the stunning suite—talk about feeling special! My stay came with breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés in the lounge, where the vibe was always on point. Huge thanks to Macky, Lemon, Tide, and Nutty for constantly checking in and adding so much fun to the experience. They didn’t just serve us; they kept us laughing and feeling right at home! Housekeeping was a dream team, keeping the room spotless and sparkling every day. And let’s not forget the local snacks they snuck into the minibar—we were obsessed! Last but definitely not least, Tony from guest services was an absolute gem! His recommendations for hidden local spots? Spot-on. He made exploring the area such a joy. Counting down the days until I can return for another round of luxury, laughs, and great vibes!

the hygiene is difficult to judge, house keeping doing great work of making up the room but only when the lady in my photo is on duty, the day when a house keeping boy do the room makeup, he didnt do it well. on the other hand, there are mold next to the air conditioner you can see in the photo, it is hard to accept since the hotel is quite new and doing good in most of the facilities maintenance. the pool is beautiful in day and night, if you are a swimmer you will find it too small. the location is accessible but the street light along the way is literally no illuminating in night and don't forget it is not family friendly to the 5 minutes pass by walking from the BTS station since the bars located around is famous in it's working girl services. Overall I will say this is a not bad hotel, the bed is good, the bathroom is also clean and new, but the value for money is not so high since there are so many details didn't presenting well.

Excellent location. Felt safe. Very near BTS Phloen Chit. You can walk to Central Embassy, Cemtral Chidlom, Geysorn Village and even to CentralWorld & Siam Paragon if you are feeling energetic. Love the vibes outside the hotel at night… very lively even after midnite. On the ground floor of the hotel are: 7/11, Aree Seafood 24-hour restaurant, ATM, & foreign exchange counter. Nearby are Burger King, Mc Donalds, Tim Hortons & Starbucks. The side street next to the hotel has street food stalls, laundry, massage places, pharmacy, & a muay thai gym. I love that’s it’s on Sukhumvit main road and that the sidewalks are clean in this area. The housekeeping and staff were amazing and helpful.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

The service of this hotel it’s exceptional ! Me and my family stayed for 4nights, the room was clean and new .breakfast provided wide variety of choices . All the staffs are well trained and polite , their hospitality service it’s beyond expectation. Especially Time , he was extremely helpful , as my mom had knee pain and was unable to go down for breakfast , he took the initiative to prepare take away breakfast for my mom, and always attentive to detail.we had a great stay and hope will come back very soon
