Ulasan Nipa Resort

Hotel ini benar-benar terlihat bagus (dengan penekanan pada penampilan). Layanan kebersihannya mengecewakan. Mereka tidak mengganti seprai secara teratur, hanya seminggu sekali. Mereka mengganti handuk setiap 3 hari jika Anda mengingatkan mereka. Itu BUKAN alasan orang memesan hotel bintang 4. Anda akan berharap bahwa kamar-kamar mewah di sayap yang lebih baik yang menghadap ke kolam lebih berharga, tetapi mereka memiliki bau udara yang mengerikan - airconditioner mungkin TIDAK PERNAH dibersihkan dan staf kebersihan menyemprotkan beberapa bahan kimia beracun di sekitar dinding dan tirai dengan harapan dapat menetralkan bau kayu tua yang dipadukan dengan udara ruangan yang mengerikan. Ada beberapa serangga pengganggu yang hampir tidak terlihat di area sekitar pembuat kopi, jadi berhati-hatilah. TIP: hindari semua hotel yang sebagian besar memiliki furnitur kayu di kamar, saya memeriksa sebagian besar di sekitar pantai Patong ketika saya ingin mengganti hotel, udara yang sama. Hotel ini memiliki staf penerima tamu yang baik, kolam renang yang bagus, dan meja layanan wisata yang bagus. "Gym" di lantai atas sangat lucu.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Positives: Housekeeping every day Nice pool Good aircon Can't say much negatives about the room Can use their iron Good choice for families / couples Negatives: midly grumpy staff by the pool bar, not enough sun lungers so may not be able to have space by the pool, housekeeping staff remains at your floor all day meaning they are bity noisy at the corridor

We come here as a family for 3 days 2 lights. This hotel is super popular, location is very close to beach and walking street. Price is very reasonable with a beautiful pool. Highly recommended.

It was a great time to spent in the Nipa resort .. it was a first time to visit & will be not the last one .. the service was fast and smooth .. the time for all kind of food was great .. the resort including activities therefore all guests have fun .. finally the staff was amazing with all services & helping all guests specially ( Toy - Anna - Jo ).

The overall environment here is good, and the rooms are quite large. The busiest area is just a street away. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Jiangxi Leng and Banzan Seafood Market. It is also very close to the seaside. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it was so close until we were about to go back. , otherwise I would go to the beach more often.

Breakfast is superb, a bit noisy in the night facing the main road. Bathroom floor gets wet early after a shower..

The service was ok, but nothing special. No late check out possible (they said they were fully booked - even though I could still book a room on trip.com…). During checkin they told me „the first girl is for free, the others need to pay 1000 per night“ even though I didn’t ask and also didn’t have any intentions to take a ****** to my room. But even if I had, it’s none of their business as i booked the room for 2 people anyway (no price difference…). Breakfast service was rather bad, most people not friendly (especially early around 7am) and not too much space. Room was rather old and dark, also a bit noisy. As I was busy with island hopping didn’t spent much time there anyway. But overall touristic and overpriced place compared to other hotels.

Good location, friendly staff and totally worth it. I stayed one night in patong and this was a good choice for the area. I got a free upgrade to the pool access room. If I am to stay in Patong again, I’ll come back.

A good location that not crowded but convenient to main street by walking! It is sad that toothbrush n paste are not provided. Beware that mosquitoes are everywhere in not only the hotel room but the whole Phuket! The gym equipments are too old that you don’t want to use…

A great experience at Nipa. Comfortable, very clean and no problems with anything. Staff were friendly and kind to us. The only amenities we used were the washing service (it's 100 BAHT per kg) and they charge u if it goes over per item. It was raining a lot when we stayed so didn't get to use the pool much but it looked lovely and clean. We opted without breakfast but they have a massive selection of food but the price was just too expensive for us (400 BAHT pp which works out to 10eur each)
