The room water heater was so hard to adjust maybe due to high occupancy pressure was low also power was tripping on occasions Another was an insect type like mini scorpion was found on bed aiyoo scarry We never complaint but will try try another resort next round Went to new club nearby at nite was overcharged with extra normal tipping moreover we already gave cash tipping Well never go back this club again

Although a little out of the main resort /resturaunt area, the hotel Was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Shop across the road has scooters for rent which allowed us to explore lots more.

Hotel location was good. Breakfast was very average and could be skipped. Overall no complaints and would use this hotel again if in Mui Ne for a short trip.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was average. Their circular swimming pool overseeing the beach is good. They have a beach but no sand. You have to go either left or right if the hotel to experience Sandy beach and the beach color is muddy. Had a comfortable stay in a room with a balcony overseeing the road and it was very windy.

Location is too far from central and nothing much nearby. Lack of service from check in, it is also the first and ONLY hotel from the 5 that we stayed, charges additional for 6yo child. Won't return to stay. Thou the room was clean and spacious with balcony, swimming pool and breakfast were great (helpful staff provided cheese when the kids asked, appreciate it).

По типу сетевого отеля, сервис и улыбчивость персонала на высоте. Кормят хорошо, но однообразно. В номерах есть мелкие косяки по ремонту/мебели. Есть сейф, но он не прикручен. Вокруг магазы, кафешки, спа салоны, турагентства, какой-то резорт с дискотеками, кучи таксистов, которые работали даже в новый год (китайский). Но пляж совсем отстойный (серый и грязный на отливе)
