The hotel is right in front of the train station. There are plenty of restaurants near by.

Room is clean and spacious

房間明亮陽光好，面積更是歐洲難得的寬敞大氣，乾淨衞生，配有小吧枱，隔音效果超好，空調風清新無聲，關上窗火車聲完全聽不到，桑拿房配有幹蒸和濕蒸，還有設計舒適的公共休息區和個人休息區，為客人考慮周到，前台笑容親切，服務周到，交通方便，門口就是火車站，附近有rewe等多家超市

房間很大很乾凈 就是床 沒有分得很開的兩人床 都是兩個小床拼在一起的大床 也很舒服

附近生活很便利，有食品超市，中餐廳，德國特色餐廳。酒店服務很好，服務員英文很好，溝通無障礙，早餐也很豐富，酸奶超好喝

Wir sind für über Silvester eine Nacht im Parkhotel gewesen. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit alles im Hotel zu erkunden. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das nachholen. Das Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen. ☺️👍🏻 Liebe Grüße aus Osnabrück

早餐很棒，是經典的德國酒店早餐，且很是豐富！ 交通很方便，門口就是公共交通s線！ 個別去斯圖加特的奧特萊斯的旅客，門口就有大巴車！

酒店周邊交通方便。

The service staff who checked me in did fine, however the person who checked me out made several completely out of line comments. Wonderful room, very cozy bar but the conduct of the service person at checkout was unacceptable. Definitely expected more from this establishment

I had to ask for the upgrade and to prove I had that benefit, , and about the benefits of being platinum.

We didn’t get the early check-in or a room upgrade that should have been offered (but I understand these are only if available). However, free parking was included. Shame that breakfast that used to be included in the room rate is now charged at €20 per person. Hotel and rooms are always impeccable.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks 4 years ago and then for a week this year. As we were in the process of moving to and from Germany, I really appreciated the space and abundant flat surfaces for organizing our stuff. I thought we would have a king bed but it was just two small beds pushed together. I had a vague memory that we could request a bed topper to go over both beds, so after our first night I asked. Oddly, they are only available in certain rooms and can't be moved, but we were able to change rooms in the afternoon. It was an improvement but the beds are still too firm-probably the only disappointing thing about this hotel.
