Enjoyed our stay at OZO Phuket. It’s a very family-friendly resort within walkable distance from Kata Beach. Lots of mini markets and restaurants as well as the Kata walking street and night market just across the street. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They met most of my baby’s needs during our stay, including loaning us a baby bath tub. No regrets staying here.

Very good for small kids, breakfast are tasty, great location - close to Kata market, 7/11, shops, massages.

“I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is impeccably clean, with bright rooms and a fantastic pool. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we found in Thailand. It’s a family-friendly place, and there were plenty of young children enjoying themselves. The only downside is the location, which, despite being close to the sea, unfortunately doesn’t offer any views of the ocean from either the pool or the rooms.”

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

The best spot in Phuket for couples and families! 7-11 and restaurants and markets are just across the road. 3 mins walk to the beach and it’s hotel guest only access so really safe!

Roomas are very tiny, even family 2 bedrooms. No space to dry swimmingsuites. Most of the stuff is friendly but we also faced with rude and arrogant one on reception when requested for room upgrade. But at the end senior manager came and did his job fine. When you order coctails to bring to swimming pool be prepared to wait ages sometimes. Location is great lot's of shops and restaurants around. 2 beautiful beaches.

One of the best kids hotel destinations! Very new, clean and plenty of activities. Kids pools are in the same area where parents are not much worries if our eyes are not overlooking their safety

Very cool and modern hotel, well equipped rooms, good noise insulation. Excellent breakfasts, huge choice of dishes, but meat dishes are quite few, although it is almost everywhere. The hotel is oriented to stay with children, it is great. The pool is good, not deep at all and closes early. There is its own path to the beach, it is convenient, give good beach towels. Opposite the reception is located 7-11.

Very good water park for kids. Great breakfast. Location is a bit far from airport but its surroundings have a lot of shops, restaurants and massage places. Close to beach.
