Resepsionisnya sangat ramah dan fasilitasnya cukup bagus. Wanita pembersihnya juga sangat baik. Apa ada fasilitas di kamar mandi untuk dihubungi sesekali? (Saya tidak tahu apa itu, akan ada sedikit suara) Akan ada serangga dan semut. Tidak ada yang bisa dilakukan jika Anda memiliki balkon😭 Secara keseluruhan, harganya sangat hemat biaya Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah letaknya di tengah bukit dan sulit untuk mendakinya. Tapi ada 711 dan apotek tepat di bawahnya, jadi Anda tidak perlu khawatir tentang makanan dan minuman.

Seorang teman datang sementara dan memesankannya. Karena persediaan tempat tinggal saat itu terbatas, dia hanya bisa menginap satu malam. Begitu dia masuk kamar, tempat tidurnya penuh semut dan sarung bantalnya kotor. kamar mandi tak tertahankan untuk dilihat dan terhubung ke kamar. Jenis yang urin dan urinnya terlihat jelas. Mabuk sekali. Kali ini saya benar-benar tidak bisa berkomentar dengan sopan. Kotor, berantakan, dan mengerikan!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. For sure is not the best in the area and it is 20 min walk from Patong Beach, but we’ve enjoyed the fact that we were in the middle of the locals. The room is spacious and the room was cleaned every day. Free bottled water is received daily. The breakfast is quite good, not many choices, but for sure you will find something to eat and start the day in a good way. Fresh omelette is prepared if requested. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from our room over Patong was amazing.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom had a leak and was visibly dirty, with mold growing in various areas. The floor was wet due to a toilet leak, making it uncomfortable to use the bathroom. After staying for just one night, we decided to cancel our booking due to the poor condition of the room we were given. We were informed that the quality of the room was because we were the last guests to check in. The person that helped us check in didn’t know anything about the hotel. He said he was asked to stay there and wait for us 😣. While the location of the hotel is good, the overall hospitality leaves much to be desired. Despite the kind demeanor of the staff, the maintenance and cleanliness standards fell short of expectations.

We stayed at the seaview room and the view is amazing. The hotel is very clean. They changed the bedsheet and towers every day. The room is spacious also. Even tho the breakfast has less option, it's worth with the price. Highly recommended to those who looking for clean, spacious and cheap hotels. U won't regret your decision!

Hotel we located near shops, restaurants and about 20 mins walk from the beach. We liked the location. The amenities were ok. I would have preferred not to ask to clean towels and our room to be cleaned every day. It was just a hassle and annoying coming back from the beach or being out all day and not having a clean room and clean towels. The staff the nice and helpful.

The weirdest stay ever. One evening the electricity went off for a few hours. No one cared. The first night they put me in a room where the bathroom was clogged so they told me to change to another room after complaining and there the shower broke while i was showering. Very old hotel. The pool area looks cute. In One week they came to clean only once. The reason they gave was that i was not in the room when the cleaning ladies came to clean. And what topped everything was the episode that while i was complaining about the cleaning lady not coming to clean another guest of the hotel was shouting that apparently they stole money from his room. (Something which made my whole stay very uncomfortable.)

Everything good. Quite place, nice mountain view and good for fresh air. The pool very quiet and staff is good. Breakfast quite burning because only eggs and break for everyday. Otherwise everything else is good

The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the lady at the reception and the guy at the bar, very nice people. But the WiFi in our room was not working, they really tried to fix it but they couldn’t so we went for days without WiFi. The bathroom sink was leaking as well. Over all it was a good stay

Disappointing for the cost to stay there. It was the most expensive hotel of my trip to Thailand but the worst out of the three hotels I stayed in. Very basic room. Toiletries make you not even want to use them.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the balcony needs to be fixed, the bath tub needs to be cleaned, overall I would not recommend it to anyone

We had a late check in here after a bad afternoon trying to get a refund from cocoon APK spa resort, it was horrible there and not what was advertised. This place was clean, nice pool area and great views of the city. Location was ok, a bit away from the centre but quite and still walking distance to entertainment and nice food. I would stay here again, depends what you are looking for, this is a nice relaxed stay with the action only a 20 Min walk away.

Very nice place, large spacious rooms, bath tub, shower, large unit.  Large swimming pool, better then average.  Friendly, helpful staff, clean unit, great value for the price.  Thank you
