The hotel was so comfy and staffs are friendly. The breakfast was good too. The best so far i ever stayed.

I liked the hotel very much. I had booked for 1 night before. Then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 24/7 hot water, WiFi, food and drink available. The room was perfectly clean. Everything works flawlessly. Patong walking street is only 1 km away. If I fall on my way again, I would definitely like to stay again. Also the price is great as the performance. Would definitely recommend. You will definitely be satisfied 😉

The hotel is a little far from patong beach bug cleanliness is good.

Good budget hotel. You need 10 mins walk to reach patong beach from hotel. Front desk service was good. They have a small swimming pool on rooftop.

Great location close to the beach and Bangla road. The room was fairly basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as an affordable option when staying in Phuket.

Clean rooms and cooperative staff

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời cho đến khi tôi sử dụng dịch vụ giặt là của khách sạn. Tôi bị mất 1 chiếc áo sơ mi trắng và một chàng trai xưng là boss của khách sạn bảo tôi rằng tôi phải tự thoả thuận/ làm việc với bên dịch vụ giặt là, mặc dù tôi đưa quần áo của tôi cho khách sạn và trả tiền dịch vụ đó cũng là trả cho khách sạn??? Chối bỏ trách nhiệm một cách vô lý với thái độ ngạo mạn. Vấn đề tôi bức xúc ở đây không phải là việc mất đồ, mà là cách xử lý vấn đề của chàng trai (boss) đó. Tệ

Can't fault hotel , staff was very nice , room clean and tidy everyday , breakfast is usual Thailand standard , scrambled eggs , fruit , toast amd Thai etc . Swimming pool on the roof was small but fantastic , had to my self almost every time , Great way to cool off in the heat of the sun . Very quiet area with 7/11 30 second walk away . Main part of patong prob 10-15 nice easy walk , which I like, so may not be ideal if u don't like a little stroll . Hotel made efforts over Xmas with a free Buffett and soft drinks , nice touch , oh and the iguana that chills outside is a nice touch . Would I come back , 💯 yes

First trip for me to Thailand and lucky to have come across this hotel which was one of the highlights of my Thai adventure. I received very interesting advice for visiting Phuket and its surroundings. The hotel owner is an incredible source of information on Thai culture. The staff is available to help us and welcomes us with great kindness. The breakfast is complete and offers dishes of all kinds. The hotel is well located 900 meters from the sea, in a small typically Thai street. The rooms are romantic and spacious, decorated in the local style. The rooftop pool offers a splendid view of Patong. I enjoyed the hotel's massage parlor which offers a particularly exceptional service in a relaxing setting. I had only positive things, and I thank the managers of Patong Mansion Hotel.

I stayed here for nearly two months! My room was excellent, the staff were amazing and everything was possible. They offer a laundry service and you can also rent your scooter from the hotel. The location was close enough to the party scene but far enough away not to be disturbing! A definite place I would return to!

Spent a week here now and can’t fault it. Staff are sensational, friendly and so helpful. Discounts and bookings organised at front desk. Laundry and taxis can be booked there as well. Rooms a good size, shower is fine. Room serviced well daily. Air con good and nice quiet area. It’s an easy walk into town or the beach. Have enjoyed the walk each day actually. Breakfast is basic but absolutely fine. They do change things so have enjoyed that every morning to. I absolutely will not look anywhere else here in the future, I’ve absolutely loved my stay. Well done too all the wonderful staff
