Ulasan Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach

This hotel is within walking distance to Karon beach (~10mins). I didn't explore much surrounding the hotel but there are quite a few eateries and 7elevens nearby. A nice lake/reservoir nearby too for a walk/jog. The hotel itself is very well maintained, clean, has a very nice view from the pool. We got an upgrade so that we have a mini pool and we are ever thankful for that. Thank u to all the staff as well for being so welcoming and friendly (especially Qis, please extend my appreciation to her, she was excellent :)). The hotel has many amenities and services, including an in house spa - which is very reasonably priced and good. The breakfast buffet was not bad, but i was already very satisfied as it was all halal. My hotel room was always well cleaned, and toiletries and towels were always restocked and replaced. The TV is a smart TV so many apps like Netflix and Youtube can be used. One feedback though, maybe install hooks in the toilet or behind the toilet door at least so that we could hang our towels or clothers while changing/showering. Overall, i definitely recommend this family friendly hotel. Will definitely want to book this hotel again ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was both quiet and relaxing, just what was needed. We came during the low (rain) season but had plenty of sunny days to enjoy the pool and lush greenery. Staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and catered to our needs well. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety, we looked forward to it every day. The room was comfortable and clean, AC worked perfectly. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. The location is walkable to Karon restaurants and shops but be prepared to cross or walk along a busy road. 7/11 and pharmacy can be reached within a 5-10 minutes walk. Beach is also walkable distance.

Nice hotel with great service and decent amenities, slight distance from amenities so you need to walk a little each day. Slight issues with the water pressure in the shower because it kept changing.

Hotel was great. Great location. Close to the beach just across the road. Staff were great. Great room.

We are a family with one child and one infant and we always book hotels with baby sitting and kids club services. This is the only hotel that actually has these services. We really really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. It was my second time I’m visiting Phuket and if I did it again, this hotel will be my first priority hotel.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STAFF IN THE ROOM WHEN WE WENT OUT AND CAME BACK TO THE RESORT WE NOTICED OUR JEWELLERY WAS STOLEN AND WHEN WE COMPLETED TO THE MANAGER THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL WE CALLED THE POLICE AND REPORTED BUT OUR VALUABLE JEWELLERY IS BEEN STOLEN. BE CAREFUL GUYS.

Great location and staff but tons of construction on the hotel. They were fixing everything throughout the day and some amendies were closed.

Great swimming pool with volleyball net, water slode a bit old and need some maintenance. There’s a pool table accessible by all. Breakfast choice was decent. A short walk to the Karon beach makes it great location though room amenities are sparse

The hotel is lovely . They have 3 swimming pools. And my child love the kids activity room. So many things the play with. We had a great family time
