Excellent hotel, very convenient location, clean and pleasant with excellent service. Breakfasts are very varied and tasty, the pool has clean water, the rooms are well and regularly cleaned.

Decent location but quite a walk to the beach especially with kids. cleaniess of the bathroom can be improved. Simple pool and breakfast. You may consider if you are travelling on budget.

This is a good and presentable hotel. We were glad when madam on reception finally found for us kingsize bed, despite I booked this room couples hours before. The room was nice, with partial pool view (6th floor), clean and without **** smell. Honestly, it’s a little bit need renovation. Kara beach is not the best beach in this island. Only 2 roads leads to the beach, so it’s so comfortable to get there. Also this is like “Russian district”. I’m Russian and I like people, but not in this time and not when so many people.

I stayed for 8 days with my sister over the Christmas holidays. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day and water and coffee replaced. My sister had a small accident while walking and the staff immediately assisted with the details and location of an International clinic. They also advised us on the best restaurants. The location is very central. Walking distance to the beach and in close proximity of a night market.

We stayed in the Hotel in August for 4 days. Close to the hotel are shops, restaurants and a night market which provide good food and drinks. The hotel rooms are clean, the swimming pool is good and the breakfast is enough for a good start in the day. At the beach bar it can ordered food and drinks. It's a little far to the Kata beach, need to walk around 15 min. But for us no trouble, then we can visit a 7/11 store for some small snacks. We took the airport bus from Phuket airport which stop is around 15 min by walk from the hotel. The hotel is not on the main road , therefore it's quiet. We enjoyed the holiday in this hotel and would come again to here.

Positives: Great location near Kata and Karon beaches as well as night market. Easy to walk around the area. Quiet hotel. All staff were kind and helpful from customer service and restaurant staff to groundsman. Hash restaurant next door to hotel was good price and tasty. Again staff provided great service, efficient and had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was tasty and good variety. Bed was one of the most comfortable we've had at any hotel! They also made an effort by decorating bed for our honeymoon too. Constructive Feedback: We found a dirty stain on the bed undersheet on first night when getting into bed and reported next morning. This was rectified quickly although no explanation given. Would book here again!

Convenient location near the beach and night market, making it great for food lovers. However, the information provided during booking was misleading. The booking mentioned a 'seaview room,' but upon arrival, we were told the hotel only offers pool view and mountain view rooms. The rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. The towels were of very poor quality. The overall cleanliness and facilities were disappointing. The pool water was not well-maintained, with visible algae, and cleanliness across the hotel was lacking. We also had issues with service. It took more than three or four calls and over an hour to receive a toothbrush set. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.

Im happy with the location and the room size. But dissapoint with the A/C. It was not cold at all. I was sleepy and tired but couldnt sleep well due to warm room. Please fix your a/c

I extended my stay in this hotel as per the location and the pool. For the price it was a really nice hotel, comfortable bed and pillow, access to gym and a good size pool. The location by kata beach and night market is ideal. It is also close to a place to rent motorbikes.

Helt ok hotell en bit ifrån stranden men ändå centralt. Trevlig personal.

Much improvement here since my previous stay, specifically the internet connection and selection of TV channels. Beach Heights is now a very good value for your money!

Not far from Kata beach. Close to food, coffee cafe’ and 7-11 Staff always friendly.
