The hotel is very old. Requires renovation. The staff tries to keep it clean, but the hotel is very old. The hotel is in an alley, which is neither good nor bad, but your window and balcony will be a few meters away from the neighboring building. If you need a better vacation, you need to choose a better and more expensive hotel.

All the staff here are so friendly and nice! For the price its really worth it to stay here. So close to central patong area as well and we were able to walk to some places

Great location, central to all the action and a short walk to beach. Large room, bed was a bit hard for me and water pressure was low, no noise from the nightlife made it a great night sleep. Staff are super friendly with a hello everyone making you feel welcome

There is a 24-hour laundry room across the alley downstairs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Xijiang Leng and the beach. It's a new hotel, so the room facilities and hygiene are OK, and the hot water is no problem. Even if you stay there, no one will come to clean it every day. If you need anything, you can ask the front desk and it will be provided. Pool towels can be taken to the beach, and the front desk can also help you keep your keys so you don't have to worry about losing them when you go to the sea. The service attitude is very good. One of the girls at the front desk speaks English very well and communicates smoothly.
