We love this place

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location to get around patong area and other beaches. I was very surprised how quiet the area was during the night. We were anticipating it to be quite loud as we were right by a busy road. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. A little outdated, but stil served its purpose. Washing machine were located right outside our room. 40 baht charge per load. Would recommend if your not fussed about room deco etc.

Was a bad choice, the old AC unit made a terrible clattering noise, should not be selling the room with known problems... Look elsewhere...

An acceptable hotel for this money. Spacious room, everything you need is there - air conditioning, shower, shampoos and gels, balcony, refrigerator, TV, kettle, renewed supply of water and tea and coffee, daily cleaning. Excellent location, only 5 minutes to the northern part of Patong Beach, but the hotel is in a quiet alley, silence at night is guaranteed. Excellent large bed with a decent mattress, but the bed linen was never changed for 10 days, and you had to remind them to change the towels. The shower in the room was leaking, so the floor in the bathroom was always wet, there is no service at all - most tourists come to the reception and find no one there. The staff of this hotel are very strange - no cordiality, hospitality, they do not even respond to greetings, let alone smile at the guests of the hotel. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 100 dollars or 3,000 baht, we checked out at 8:30 in the morning, having warned about it the day before, so the lady at the reception for some reason brought us this deposit in the middle of the night (she woke us up at 12:30!) and asked us to just leave the keys on the counter. Overall, we had a good impression, considering that nearby hotels are 3-5 times more expensive, and judging by the reviews, not much better. But you shouldn't expect a high level of service for this money, the hotel is for unpretentious tourists

It's hard to imagine that you can get a room like this for over 1,300. Don't book this hotel just for the sake of cheapness, because you may not even be able to close the door at night (we were forced to change hotels, and it's impossible to make do with a room that can't close the door). The room was moldy and unfinished, the bed sheets were stained, the door was covered with dust, there was dirt under the sofa, and there was even broken glass, the curtains were all tattered, and many of them even fell off. The most disgusting thing is that the first six pictures of the room they put up looked barely habitable, but the pictures of the unfinished room started from the seventh picture. In summary, it was a nightmare experience, everyone should avoid it

Good location. The sea and a bunch of cafes are 3-5 minutes away. The staff is adequate. But you have to ask for everything. The cleanliness is not very good. You have to make them clean, as well as change the bed linen and towels. They gave me a room on the first floor, with an exit to the street, maybe I booked it myself. I paid extra and they moved me to the 3rd floor. It's much better than the flimsy door to the street. I stayed for 21 days. Everything was fine.
