Quite a nice place, everything in general is good. The only real issue is that some days the sea is really full of garbage (it probably comes from the fishermen). Hotel personnel is not English fluent but is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect resort for a hideaway. Staff is amazing and attentive.

When we arrived, we got a private transfer to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. During the check in we got upgraded, and the room was absolutely stunning. We were considering another stay without even having checked out yet! The only downside was the food, some of it was definitely frozen and not fresh however the cocktails were amazing we can also recommend those.

We appreciate Green Bay phu quoc’s hospitality and attentive service to our pleasant stay. From the moment we stepped off the ferry to the moment we departed, Green Bay’s excellent hospitality earned our respect and appreciation. It is a home away from home. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean, relaxing area with very nice breakfast, rooms and beach. Thanks for the time, it was very relaxing, I can just recommend this hotel when you looking a vacation to calm down.

This was a great hotel, our room was a Bungalow on the beach l would highly recommend it. It’s peaceful and the hotel is well looked after. It’s very far from the main town it takes about 40min on an motor bike and the hotel can help you rent it. The food at the hotel is okay but very expensive. Breakfast is great

The reservation was made late, and the price was not cheap, but the experience and service were beyond expectations. Each room is a single-family house, the room is super large, with a balcony, a large bath, a super large toilet and an outdoor shower. There are also special programs and special meals for traveling during the Spring Festival holiday. The breakfast is very rich, with Chinese, Western, Vietnamese and fruits. There are not many people on the beach, there are enough lounge chairs, and there are two swimming pools, quiet and comfortable. There are also many services on the beach, which are worth experiencing. The airport shuttle service is free but you need to make an appointment with the hotel in advance.
