The staff are very welcoming and helping. The breakfast including provides variable of choices and delicious. But I had one whole day of vomiting just after the breakfast, my friend was completely ok even though eating similar food. Not recommend drinking beverages with ice inside. The view from dinning area is good, can see the beach directly.

They have upgraded our room to ocean view room, the sunset is superb! The service and the super king size bed is great, The breakfast is perfect! It’s worth to stay again in the future.

The resort was located at a quiet side of Phu Quok. Beach was not great and water was quite murky. 1sd day had problems with the in room safe. Even after got the staff to reset it, still had problems. Eventually didn't use it. The heater adjustment for the shower was not user friendly and only manged to figure it out after 2 nites. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and staff were very responsive.

It was located on the beach where all other hotels next to each other. It was noisy, The reception was stinky for some reason. If you want some quiet time, or peacefulness to rest, it is not the tight place for you. The sea is way better on the northern part of the island. Pics looked great, but the reality was a bit different.

Hotel is facing the beach. Breakfast spreads are good. Not easy to get around but there are bus about 3-5 minutes walk from hotel to take. There are a few restaurants beside and opppsite the hotel too. Easy to visit many places if you have a rental car

Very big and clean room, breakfast is the best, worth the price

The service of hotel staff provided is so great。but， I am lost 200 US dollar in the hotel。I do not remember I left it on the table or the hotel car driver have touch my wallet once。I have no evidence，one thing I am sure is disappearance of 200 US dollar in the hotel，it is a very bad memory。

Great breakfast with a wide variety of options and super friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but clean.

A cozy and quiet place, except for the children's screams. I would recommend this place for families with children, as sometimes it feels very much like a daycare center; the constant noise from children can be annoying at times. Also, there are many elderly people here, not the ideal place for younger ppl hehe. The hotel staff themselves are very helpful. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel service was amazing. We will come back if we have chance.

So friendly and responsive staff I haven’t seen before. Very tasty food. But rooms needs remodeling.

Hotel on arrival feels very clean and grand. It is a little bland and lacks any character. The room is very dated and needs updating. The main issue is thin walls, so noise travels easily. We had to complain about noise from room above and we were woken early by noise from cleaners. Outside the pool and beach are nice, although everyone is close together. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
