The worst hotel where I stayed since I was born. Reasons are: 1. Service : there is no reception. Nobody work at reception. I have to wait 2 hours for check in. Due to there is not a reception working. 2. Cleanliness : Guest must write a note to clean a room everyday on Front desk. Nobody in reception. Staffs is not clean room. They just take gabage out from restroom and leave 2 bottles of water. 3. Facilities: There are none facilities as note in trip.com. No restaurant, No breakfast, No cafe, No elevator. No reception, No security. There is not elevator in this hotel. I stayed on 4th floor. I have to climb up the stairs. Stairs is high slope. It was extremely dangerous for older people.

This hotel changed our place to 800m away. It is far from the attraction (water taxi, teddy bear, urban park and quintessence), because the receptionist said that the room is full. Mind you that we booked a month before the date. 800m is okay if you dont have to walk. Also, 1 of the room given had toilet flush problem. Although we got a new room, the bidet's water is not clean enough (have residue).

My recent experience with Trái Bí Đỏ - Homestay was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that my expectations were about to be crushed. Despite booking a higher-tier room under my name (Saksuwan) and a separate lower-tier room for my friends through Trip.com, I was shocked to find out that the hotel had double-booked my reservation with another guest, Mr. Sigar. To make matters worse, the hotel had already allowed Mr. Sigar to check into the room my friends were supposed to stay in. This forced me to give up my higher-quality room to ensure my friends, two young women, were safe and together. The hotel’s solution? They offered me a room in a nearby rundown hotel that was nowhere close to matching the value I paid for. It was unacceptable, unsafe, and outright insulting. The entire ordeal has left me frustrated and feeling cheated. Agoda’s inability to manage this booking error properly is alarming. The fact that I paid for a top-tier room and ended up with a substandard solution is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place and question if Agoda can truly support you in times of need. This was the worst booking experience I have ever had, and I am left with nothing but disappointment and regret. Feel free to customize or add specific details to better fit your experience!

Простенький отель, со всеми удобствами, к самому отелю вопросов нет, молодой человек весьма быстро решал возникающие вопросы, из минусов отсутствие у соседей хоть какого-то уважения к чужому сну, после 12 ночи такое чувство люди не знают что такое сон, а наоборот только просыпаются

我哋一家原來租了整棟公寓，第一層是接待地方，第二層是VIP大床房，有廳，環境很好，第三四層各有普通大床及雙床房，頂層有洗衣機
