The Snowbell Hotel

Snowbell hotel is located in what seems to be a business building, in a Chinese area. Therefore it is quite impersonal but the view is amazing. (The hotel is located on the 28th floor). It seems to be a hotel designed for business travelers. We haven’t tried the breakfast and haven’t been to check the swimming pool.

The first thing you will notice is that it is not in the busy area of Riverside- this will mean a short trip too and from when you do want to visit the bars and restaurants of the tourist centre. The next thing is identifying Snowbell Hotel- it is a hotel within a hotel, occupying floors 28 & 29 of SOHO Bridge. Little waiting for an elevator here with 6 or 8 delivering you to reception (fl28). Checking in was easy having pre booked and prepaid online but unusual at least for for this part of the world, was a request for a cash deposit (US$30) to be returned on checkout- so make sure you have some dollars before you arrive. Don’t forget the formal checkout or you forfeit your deposit and be on time or it could cost $10/hr. The room was open with full sized windows giving a 29th floor view of the Mekong and a small tributary. An empty bar fridge and relatively spartan furnishings makes the deposit request a little more unusual. Hotel guests have access to a rooftop pool and gym but this needs to be arranged at reception where you trade your room card for an access card and reverse the process when you want to return to your room. Access is limited to half a dozen or so people at a time. Rooms were light and clean. Staff are both courteous and friendly. I suspect this hotel is more a destination for a business traveller and not someone on holidays.

Perfect view and comfortable place to stay accessible for every important sites of the city. Highly recommended !!

It’s one of a good place that I recommend. But it feels not secure sometimes because everyone can use elevator in that building to access all the floor. Moreover it’s about Chinese people over there. They’re just fine but they’re just smoking around that area but just a few of them.

I check out today from room 29-54, after that the resisiopnes tell us to wait a minute for him to check our room incase have broke n things or missing, and actually to see guest things incase forget to take. But he said its ok then we go home. Aftet arrived in home quite far almost 1-2 hours just realize my charger for iphone 12 i forgot put in my bag when check out. I dont know they also not see this little things and forget to tell me after realize guest things left in room. I not blame anyone excelp me, but please reply this message and tell me my charger iphone 12 still in there and i will tell my friend to take tommorow or next day. Before i just can say Thank you very much. Regards

The location is great and the room is nice and spacious. We love the view also in our room.
