The good: very pretty and modern. Excellent location too, great rates too except see below. Front desk staff were some of the nicest people ever and so were the two security guys at the front entry. The bad; parking fees were insane Getting the room cleaned was nearly impossible, one day it wasn't serviced at all despite requesting it. Other times there weren't clean washcloths left for us, nor a new TP roll. Wastebasket kept moving from the toilet room to shower area. (Also the toilet and rest of bathroom being separated was awkward and weird) Another day when service was requested I asked for new sheets because I spilled coffee on the nightstand and my bed. They weren't changed and the TV remote was still drowning in the coffee puddle. Unpleasant stuff to find when returning at 10pm. I also asked to have the room mopped and the small carpeted area vacuumed because I don't think it was done before we checked in. They finally did it on our last night lol! I'll stay here again anyway because all in all it was great.
