Ulasan ViVa Resort Mui Ne

The view is awesome. Buildings are old but not that i could not adjust. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not of many chicken variety, but can request eggs items and they get those ready for you. A minimilist can enjoy this place. Not a modern look but very old and great ambience.

The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

This hotel location is so so. The rooms are ultra small. You will get only 1 foot walking space around the bed. that is your room. No more space even to walk. If you have luggage (trolley bags) then your room will be super crowded. You literally can not even walk around your bed. You literally have to jump to reach your bed. Room measurement is really bad. They are already charging higher...but providing ultra small size rooms. It's totally uncomfortable. There is no beach attached with this property. It is a sea attached property but it is not a beach. You can not walk into the beach. Beach is far away. The hotel management is really bad. Nobody came for cleaning on the second day. In this property, they have a few bungalows with ground floor, first floor and second floor rooms. Unfortunately...there are no elevators provided. So you should be ready to lift your heavy luggage to carry up to the first or second floor. This is ridiculous. Me and my wife had two 28 inch heavy trolley bags. I had to carry both the heavy bags myself up to the second floor. This is ******* insane. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Moreover, the bathroom is also Ultra Small. So while bathing....her towel touched the ceramic soap dispenser....so the ceramic dispenser bottle fell on the ground and broke. The hotel charged us an amount of VND 150,000 for this small soap dispenser bottle. Wow....I have never seen such a bad treatment for guests at any hotels I have stayed in for the last 14 years. During check out, my wife called up the reception and requested a 1 hour late check-out. The person at the reception told us that there will be no charge for check-out at 1.00 pm But to our surprise...they charged us an extra 200,000 VND for 1 hour late check-out. When I asked that some of your staff only informed us that there will be no extra payment. So the rude lady at the reception told me that the other staff person did not know the hotel policy. I told her that it is their problem. But she did not agree and forced us to pay. Finally we had to pay the amount. Our stay at Viva Resort was full of big disappointments and unwanted surprises. Think ten times before booking this property.

Nice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

There is no electricity in the room The air conditioner is not cold and there are ants everywhere So bad!

Good to visit Muine and stay at this hotel. Location is o good.

Small hotel but very good service. I really enjoyed breakfast. The breakfast (Pho, Salad, Bread, coffee and pudding) is very testy more than the other big hotel.

Hotel is fine, location ok, no beach. The beds by the swimming pool are old.

Проживали в отеле семь дней. Ещё раз останавливаться там не будем.Отель у ,дороги , очень шумно. Как таковой территории у отеля нет, три корпуса и узкие дорожки. Лестница к морю очень не удобная. Персонал приветливый . Завтраки не плохие, но когда гостей много выбор блюд больше.

Персонал отличный, в номере чисто, сантехника уставшая, нужно сделать ремонт леек и душа. В номере было достаточно шумно. Завтрак скромненький. Персоналу большое спасибо. В целом все хорошо

在一條離海灘最近主幹道上，房間不錯，游泳池更贊，價格合適，全樓前台服務美女小姐姐熱心周到，幫忙電話改簽大巴票，幫了大忙，出門59米的海鮮大排檔酒樓也不錯，值得試試，下次來美奈再住

Hôtel à l’ambiance familiale, personnel à l’écoute et extrêmement accueillant, petit déjeuner excellent, piscine avec vue mer, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
