The location was great, our villa was just in front of the sea, 3 rooms very spacious, the bathroom a little bit small and the shower had low water pressure. Breakfast was various but not great quality, which can be improved.

80% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport "as deposit" - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was "because of high consumption". But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.

It was on great location. Just one, we can’t see and hear any beach and sea wave sound. A little far from seaside.

This is a terrible resort that is not worth the money. We are not picky and look for the positive in everything, but this hotel is terrible, we are traveling on our own, we took it for 5 days passing through, unfortunately there was nothing else available, we got on the dates of Theta, if you take it on a voucher, then it is definitely not worth it! The rooms are terrible, old and dirty, there is no hot water in the shower, the safe does not work, there is no door in the shower. The railings on the balcony do not inspire confidence! The pool is dirty, the water is muddy. The only plus is the beautiful, but small territory of the hotel. There is a beach, and you can walk to a wider beautiful strip of beach. The location is good, everything is nearby, shops, cafes, but I definitely do not recommend the hotel, look nearby other hotels, there are many here. And as a bonus, on the top 3rd floor, we had takaranas living in the bathroom. I also do not understand the situation that they take away passports at the reception, apparently they have not heard of a deposit in this hotel.

Swiss Village Resort & Spa is rated 4 stars but the reality is terrible because: 1. Old and seriously degraded rooms: + I was on the 2nd floor (top floor), the first night it rained heavily, saw the floor was wet, looked up at the plaster ceiling and saw a hole, had to ask to bring a towel to cover the leak!!! + The TV is small and old but cannot be used. It's full of basil seeds and chia seeds. The technical staff can't handle it. The network newspaper is broken because of the rain (but since checking in, there have been no raindrops. Turn on the TV. but the condition is still green and chia seeds, they can't be used)!!! + Air conditioning: many rooms report not being cool enough??? + The room card for one room was broken and could not be used, had to be changed a third time!!! + The floor tiles in the bathroom are peeling and can easily cause damage!!! 2. Staff are not enthusiastic and attentive: + Superior room, request a double bed, but 2 single beds are not combined, guests can manage it themselves!!! + Just checked in (at nearly 3pm) but the floor in the room was not clean, the sand was rough on my feet and the common path was too dirty because of the sand!!! + There are additional children in the room, the staff reported that an extra bed was installed but in fact it was not installed. When checking out, the guest responded and the staff deducted the money!!! + The swimming pool's water is cloudy and not clear!!! Points of merit: 1. Harmonious design space, beautiful ornamental plants. 2. The restaurant serves delicious food, but the downside is that the staff rarely cleans up used dishes. Beautiful location, attentive service; Old furniture only; Lavapo has many cockroaches crawling; The parking lot is not covered, lacks shade from trees, and is very hot (the car is parked under the shade of a tree and the security guard asks to park somewhere else (it's very sunny) so letting another car park is unfair and unprofessional. parking arrangements!!! Need to fix a few weaknesses to be more "pro"!!!

We stayed at the resort as it was a part of a tour we did. This is a lovely, spacious villa but a bit run down. Worst was the service. The people at the reception made absolutely no effort. When we asked about recommendations for dinner she was very rude and abrupt saying go wherever. Shame as the location is quite good and not too far from the resort there were many places for super seafood. Breakfast was really bad. We sat for breakfast around 8.30 am and most of the dishes were empty. You had to ask them for refills. Decent selection of fresh fruit was on offer and the eggs were good. They do have a lovely beach though and right next door there is a super bar with excellent service

I went with 2 couples to Swiss Village resort and stayed at the buglaow with everything needed for our stay. The staff and servce was very helpful the and service was amicable! We loved the morning buffet and once I returned to HCM realized I left few things such as my charger and jewellery piece! I believed the staff named THUY and her team assisted and offered to send the delivery on the way to HCMC in one good form. I was very impressed and could not express any better other than to say many thanks to the wonderful team at Swiss Village resort and I highly recommend this resort 110 percent!! Thanks again !!

Great hotel! We liked everything very much, we were there from 02.08 to 10.08, we flew Aeroflot to Ho Chi Minh City, the flight was great, the plane was half empty, but we booked seats in advance for free and sat together. They feed you twice, throughout the flight they gave you tea, coffee, water, wine, soda and juices, also as a gift sleep masks and slippers. By bus about 3 hours to the hotel. We were greeted joyfully, with soul, they gave us a room with a great view of the garden, the room is large, cozy, not new, but you are not in Dubai (where all the hotels are new and stylish), we are not picky, they gave us wine and fruit. Breakfasts are very tasty (price-quality ratio), fruit, scrambled eggs, national cuisine, cereal, sausage, breaded fish or chicken. The coffee is delicious. The hotel is in an ideal location, all the cafes, excursions (we took them from Sasha, both were super), bike rental (Bruce Lee's is super) and currency exchange, everything is very close. You can't think of a better location, the other hotels are very far away, everyone we met complained that getting there by taxi was extremely inconvenient. You can walk to Boke, we also liked the Mojito cafe. The sea was stormy, but we really liked the waves. The sun loungers are always free (we swam and it felt like only our hotel) The beach is large, the water is muddy because of the waves, but this is not the Maldives)))) you shouldn't expect anything wow, sand and that's okay. The pools are good, they work until 9 pm, we took fruit from a tent next to the hotel and sat and swam in the pool in the evening. Someone took all inclusive, but I think there is no point, the food is not very expensive in the cafe anyway. The most people left our hotel, this is a big indicator, in my opinion. Not the most expensive option, but I think it is one of the most worthy. My aunt was in this hotel 10 years ago and over the years it has only gotten better, there are many new rooms. But the location is the best, that's for sure. Feel free to go, everything is very good, and the main thing is of course your mood and desire! Then the vacation will be great! We arrived at this hotel on July 11, 2024, the first day was not bad, but then there was Friday, when several teams of 30 local people arrived for the so-called team building, there is no place for vacationers on the beach, team games are everywhere, like running in shorts, who will spit further, who will burst a balloon on a colleague's butt faster, all this to loud music, from which you can not hide anywhere, in the evening they begin to sing karaoke, a competition: who is louder, those who are already hoarse from the roar, will gather in a room, about 20 people in the neighborhood and will yell there, move furniture, rattle bottles, etc. All this will continue for several days, if you see that the locals are leaving with suitcases, do not flatter yourself, in half an hour they will bring new ones, with fresh strength. The fact that you paid a lot of money for this four-star hotel, which, by the way, is not even worthy of a three-star hotel, does not bother anyone here. Yes, do not even think about taking the breakfast-dinner meal plan, you will be offered 4 types of sets that you will exchange between each other, you cannot change anything in the sets themselves, the breakfasts are disgusting, 10 types of cabbage, two types of fruit and scrambled eggs, everything else is conditionally edible, in general, if you want extreme sports and ruined nerves, choose this hotel, if you want to get some rest, run away from this place wherever your eyes look
