部屋は清潔で広く、無料のドリンク類も付いています。
スタッフも親切で優しかったです。
ペトラ遺跡のエントランスから徒歩1-2分程度なので非常に便利な位置にあります。
三ツ星ホテルとなっていますが、クオリティは四ツ星以上です。価格もリーズナブルなので大変おすすめです。

Hotel eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.
Servizio di livello superiore rispetto alle aspettative, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff da struttura di alto livello. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima, 5 min a piedi dal visitor center. Consigliatissimo.

位置很好，距離佩特拉步行可到，觀景平台不錯，每個房間還配有小陽台。服務也不錯。房間乾淨，整潔，就是床太小了。

For our tour this was billed as a more basic hotel than some of the others but we found it to be a lovely place. From our group it was obvious that not all rooms have a safe but everything was clean and the staff freindly. The breakfasts were good and we also ate in the restaurant one night and that was absolutely fine. We liked the Edom hotel and its location is perfect for Petra.

Clean and comfortable. We had a nice spacious room on the 8th floor that had views over the town. Staff were friendly. Restaurant had standard breakfast and dinner fare, ok, but nothing that stood out. Perhaps the best feature is that it's only a minute's walk away from the visitors centre, from where you enter the ancient Petra site. Old Street Restaurant in the lane just outside the hotel is great.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, a good choice for your Petra experience. At a walking distance to the main gate to Petra, the hotel is located a little off a street with plenty of restaurants. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they can also support your purchase of Petra by night tickets. The only down points the paper thin walls and the breakfast which could be enriched with a few seasonal fruits for example

Quality for the price and the location. This was the dead season due to the Gaza situation. The weather was perfect and everything went smoothly. The locals worked hard to make my stay a pleasant one. A short walk to pleasant restaurants and the entrance to the Petra site.

Lovely area with views of the city and literally a 6 minute walk to the Petra museum and visitor center. Restaurants were in 200 ft of the hotel and overall it was very clean. I have no regrets and would choose them again.

The view from the hotel great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. However, the condition of the room was not good. Upon check-in, I saw one of the bedsheets was dirty, so had to request to have it changed. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition. The hot water was not working properly, the shower wouldn't drain, the toilet seat was broken. The room and bathroom needs renovations badly!

Great stay at Edom Hotel because of very accommodating staff Ayoub. He provided us all information about Petra. He also arranged our dinner at the cave even it's close that night. Ahmed prepared delicious food for dinner, dessert and setup the shisha at the rooftop. Overall great experience!

I had a wonderful time at the Edom hotel. Incredible location, hotel members that are constantly looking out for you, very clean, and excellent money for value. Good Wifi connection and ideal for remote work, whether it was from the rooms or their amazing rooftop restaurant. All I'd recommend is to open the restaurant for lunch!

Best experience!! As a solo female traveler I felt safe and very comfortable.
2-3 min walk to Petra entry point.
With off street parking right outside the hotel.
Restaurant and buffet offered.
The room was clean and very well kept.
Besides the amenities and the hotel, what made this place great to me was the staff.
Its great to be in a place where people take pride on their job. Everyone was so welcoming, polite and helpful....thank you for some wonderful days.
