Lokasi deket ke mana saja dan staff yg ramah dan yg tdk lupa pas sbrgnya ada RM padang sederhana yg lbh membuat betah

Plg sedih takde pool utk kanak2. Pastu Staff dekat restaurant tu biadap sgt. 2 kali dia mrh ank aku sbb main sugar dgn creamer kt meja pdhal tkde pun ank aku rosakkan ape2. Dh nama pun bdk kot. Lepastu manager dia, Linda dh minta maaf so kire ok la tp yg staff tua tu patut jgn kerja bahagian service kalau rasa tak mampu nk sabar dgn kerenah bdk. Lg 1, perkhidmatan dkt kaunter sgt teruk oleh staff name Ali. Mula2 aku nk sambung check in lg 2 mlm pastu tanye ada available room tak, dia kate nk cek and akan call balik. Aku punye la tggu dari jam 8pg sampai 12.30pm xde lgsung call balik last2 aku check out je and book kt hotel lain. Bile aku mrh2 kt kaunter masa tanye dia pandai pulak dia nk lari lari xnk jwb. Apodah.

Suka body lotion dan bak mandi. Bfast sangat bagus. Ulangi untuk kedua kalinya. Saya suka sekitarnya tidak begitu sibuk

Recently completed major renovation, rooms are also refurbished, spacious, clean, quiet rooms. Bathroom are decent, would be great if there is a shower screen / curtain. 5 Star Hotel with good vibes.

For me booking the room with trip.com was a very good experience.The issue that i had was related to the services received at the hotel. I understand that the date that i selected was a prime date (holiday festival), i believe the management should look into this for the benefit of providing a good customer experience to the customer. I noticed that the room cleaner was the only one cleaner to clear the whole floor, resulting for me and my family to be able to check in finally around 7pm. The cleaner looks tired, room cleaned but I need to ask for few items after that. No complementary gift or anything but I am very happy because the men at the concierge section was very helpful. He managed to help us with one room first while waiting for the second room to be available for us. I hope Hilton, being a five star hotel will improve on this as it really impact our staying experience with Hilton

All okay but the executive lounge food was a bit underwhelming.

The breakfast buffet was great. However, the room did not come with bathtub as advertised, which was quite disappointing.

Nice accommodation. However, i would be nice if my room got bathtub.
