The worst hotel. We got covid and couldn’t Travel and they refused to reimbursement us even with proof of a positive test. They even refused to cooperate w trip.com. Our friends stayed at the hotel and they said it was a waste of money.

Awful! The worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay at! Far from 3* definitely not an all inclusive standard hotel. Filthy, unmanaged, lacking in staff, poor facilities. Average food, makeshift furniture, closed unmanned indoor bar during the day. Pool bar with plastic half filled cups. Poor staff on her own all day trying to do everything. What a mess!! Inside bar area was the same story at night too! Filthy water machine, dirty mat, dinted bin, no cups used by everyone filling their water bottles spreading germs from the nozzle to the bottle & back to nozzle! Disgraceful flooded toilets, no lights, no toilet paper! Most cubicles locked & out of order those remaining were filthy, overflowing, no light bulbs. The Poor staff, same faces left to get on with it with no sign of a manager or a cleaner or pool cleaners! Merkey pool water gave my partner an ear infection! Never seen it being cleaned over the whole week! Limited drinks menu for all inclusive til 11pm anything outside of the menu was extra. Beach was accessed via a zillion steps with broken hand rails & overflowing bins. No drinks bar, 2 mobile toilet cubicles tied together were out of use. VIP charges for old battered sun beds! Rooms were very basic, fridge had last guests belongings still in it. No tea coffee facilities. One old pillow, black mould on the cushions. Floors not swept. Far from a NEW hotel more likely to have been closed for some time & acquired recently. Temp makeshift furniture gathered just to get open.. the hotel was set up for the French, constant French language loud & annoying over microphones day & night. Far from a relaxing break. I have absolutely nothing positive to say other than the few staff that were left to fend for themselves day & night were friendly & tried their very best. I imagine they will all leave suffering from stress & exhaustion.. they deserve a medal. They seriously need to clean the whole place, inside & out. Tidy the gardens, train the staff, add more staff, raise your standards, create comfortable seating areas with air con & clean up the bins throughout the day & night! Or sell up & allow someone else to do it properly! Do not recommend that Jet 2 have this hotel listed at any star!!

Our stay was incredibly refreshing, thanks to the clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff’s friendliness made us feel welcome from the start, and their attention to detail ensured a smooth experience. The room was bright, tidy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The peaceful environment was ideal for a relaxing break, and the value for money was excellent. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit. It was truly a great find!

Breathtaking Views and Cozy Rooms .The view from our room was simply stunning, overlooking the beautiful sea. The landscape around the hotel was just as impressive. Our room was clean and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

Impressive Show Cooking. The live show cooking at the buffet was outstanding. Watching the chefs prepare our meals right in front of us was a great experience, and the food was delicious. The beach and the comfortable rooms made the stay even better.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team made sure it stayed that way throughout our stay. The common areas, like the lobby and dining spaces, were also well-maintained. It was comforting to see the high standards of hygiene, especially in these times. We appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt.

Perfect Holiday Spot ! We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful beach and comfortable rooms with sea views. Perfect location!!The buffet was great. and the pizza was simply outstanding. Everything was clean and well-maintained!!

Staying at Sunrise was a wonderful experience. The pool was lovely, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was spacious and super comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was outstanding, with each meal better than the last. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent dining, and beautiful pool area!

Reviews are too harsh! We had a lovely time. It was cleaned daily, variety of food, (the kids and I are fussy eaters) the staff were really pleasant and lovely. I think they have read reviews as being English, the kids and I were included in activities even the ones from French club, they asked in English for English guest to please join in daily. A lot of French guest spoke to us in French as they thought we were lol. As a family of colour we felt comfortable and welcome.The Greek did not gawk at us or treat us weird like other European destinations we have been to.. They were very friendly as well as most of the other guest, we taught one bartender to make rum punch. Kids made friends and had a blast. It's not fully 4 star but this place is beautiful. I hope someone will take it over so much potential to be 5 star from the spot where it is, the landscape, the size of it, the view ( wow the view) Only issue is that due to a rain storm the electricity kept cutting out, the beds were a bit uncomfortable and they need more staff the staff serve many roles bless them it was tiring to watch them switch all week. Any other issue we reported was dealt with really quickly. They have improved from what I read. I was dreading it when the hubs booked but I was pleasantly surprised it surpassed expectations. Be aware that if you go for a walk on the grounds especially after rain there is either sand flies or gnats. Heard some people saying bed bugs but dont think so as I did a check on the beds as soon as we arrived esp the kids. We didnt have any bites except last day we went for a long walk and was searching for pomegranates lol they were worth the gnat bites.

We stayed for a week as a family of 4. We were a little nervous after reading the reviews bit had a thoroughly grest time. The rooms are basic but cleaned daily. The food is actually really good. The entertainment is all in French but this never bothered us.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sunrise Village. The kids loved the activities and the pool, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and excellent dining options. The family room was spacious and well-equipped. A fantastic experience for all of us!

BEWARE........If you suffer from Nufophobia DO NOT go to this hotel. Rat in our room and rat traps all around the grounds.....couldn't sleep at night, moved twice in two days!. Beautiful views, lovely food, kids entertainment at night until 10.30. Sadly lacks Greek music considering we were in Greece!!. We will not be returning nor will our friend's.

Relaxing and Beautiful !The hotel is in a beautiful location with a wonderful beach and stunning sea views from the rooms. The landscape around the hotel is just perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Our stay was delightful with a gorgeous beach and breathtaking sea views from the rooms. The waterpark was a hit, and the variety at the buffet, especially the salads and show-cooked dishes, was impressive. The pizza was a highlight, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
