Hotel Pet Friendly di Lourdes

The Hotel is close to sanctuary, just go straight (less than 5 minutes) and you’ll see the sanctuary. Their breakfast is really good, they put our name on the table nicely. The reception is very nice and helpful. Definitely will going back to this hotel! 😊☺️

The hotel is located near the Sanctuary and the cave and the bus stop, a few steps away, allows you to reach the attractions of Lourdes. The hotel is a hotel with a clean and bright kitchen inside the room. I hope I will come back soon, and I thank the staff who have met our requests.

Friendly staff, beautiful view of Lourdes. There is one moment, a sofa instead of a bed with a mattress) because we didn’t get enough sleep, maybe we got such a room. In general, you can spend the night.

It was far from the station, but it was very close to the Rosario Basilica Cathedral and convenient. The staff were also good. The room was clean. The bathroom was new and beautiful and I was happy to have a bathtub. i recommend it.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

The hotel has a great location, in the city center and close to all the attractions of Lourdes. Another plus is the low cost of the room. The hotel is located in an old building, hence such features as creaking floors and thin walls with poor sound insulation. Our room 24 was the cheapest, on the 2nd floor. You could go up on a small elevator. The room itself is very simple, the room was renovated a long time ago. The main disadvantage is that there is no window to the street. When booking, it was indicated ”city view”, but our window overlooked a light well courtyard 2x2 m, the neighbors' window is 2 meters away. Fresh air does not enter the room, there is little light. As a result, there is an unpleasant smell of old age, it was stuffy to sleep at night. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. The shower is normal, the sink was clogged. The hotel is suitable for one night maximum for those who are ready to put up with noise and lack of ventilation.

The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed. Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

The beautiful hotel, in the center and with very good service and facilities. Excellent choice for a getaway or for a few days of vacation in Lourdes.
