The common areas were generally comfortable like dining hall, but in the room the cooling did not remain steady, particularly during the night . A more consistent temperature control would improve the overall comfort and guest experience."

"The legendary Green’s Hotel is now called Destination Heritage. Not sure why they changed the name given that Greens has been around for a very long time and is so well known. There is a pretty fancy reception with lots of sofas but no lift. The rooms are set around a central atrium. My room was reasonably spacious for a single with a bed that was a bit bigger than a twin and lots of lights some of which worked (and some did not). It had no external windows. I suspect that none of the rooms do. There was a window onto the central balcony/walkway. Perhaps that is a security measure. The water in the shower wasn’t even tepid let alone hot. The a/c worked well but the mini-fridge didn’t work at all. Things seemed very quiet possibly because of the lack of windows. The breakfast was fairly standard but ample."

"I had the privilege of residing at the Peshawar Barracks Hotel for three nights, an experience that proved to be profoundly delightful. This exquisitely preserved heritage property steeped in vintage charm stands as an exceptional accommodation in the heart of Peshawar. The rooms were impeccably maintained spotless radiant and exuding comfort while the overall ambiance was truly enchanting. The conduct of the staff was exemplary and worthy of special commendation. From the reception officers to the dining hall personnel as well as the housekeeping and laundry teams every individual demonstrated remarkable courtesy professionalism and warmth. The environment was serene and meticulously managed with security arrangements that were both reassuring and commendable. I would unreservedly award a perfect score 100 out of 100 for maintaining this distinguished property to such exalted standards. As a minor suggestion for further enhancement the inclusion of a small face lotion among the restroom amenities would be a thoughtful addition. "In advance to my arrival the hotel management tried to re-negotiate the established ******* online non-refundable rate asking for more money. I complained with *******. The affair seems to have been settled as I hadn’t any trouble or annoyance concerning payment when being there. Stayed 1 week. It is a somewhat modest facility. Pretty basic room. Smeared walls in the bathroom. Sheets were clean. The rooftop terrace offers probably the best views of Peshawar. Staff was amazing in helping me with any issue. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle-service to/from the airport. Breakfast was somewhat scarce with few choice of local cuisine which repeated almost unchanged every morning. Location is central and convenient, although outside the old city."

"I had another business trip to peshawar serena hotel from 29th July to 31st July (today). It went excellent as always. Same excellent professionalism received from all departments. Upon my check-in, Front office Manager and his team welcome me, room was excellent. House keeping gave prompt service. I enjoyed a very lavish dinner with a traditional aroma. The restaurant team dealt in a very efficient way. Thanks to Mr. Zaheer, Director F&B, who kept visiting restaurant to monitor each and every thing related to food being served. Best wishes for GM and his entire team."

"A good hotel in Peshawar. The service and the receptionist are good and kind. The rooms are comfortable, clean linen and towels, good AC and some amenities (coffe, tea etc). I had a room with a view to the central hall and asked to change it; they gave me another in the second floor with a view of some roofs (no nice view but silent room). There is a lift. Breakfast included quite good. "
