We stayed at this travel lodge , it was not too far from Cardiff, had car park. Price was reasonable

A* performance from Donna. I had an issue booking my room via my own device, Donna very swiftly sorted the issue out by letting me use her phone book my room. Thank you for having such helpful you can never fault them. Always at hand to help the guests

Great service from the manger Alan, very helpful, certainly gives the impression that nothing is ever to much trouble, would certainly recommend staying here, despite it being the M4 services, the rooms certainly don't give that impression.

Brilliant staff, Maria, David, Laura an dona are fantastic a credit to the business, rooms spotless. Maria an David sorted everything out for us when there was a problem with the electricity. Dona on reception is extremely helpful. Definitely be staying here again 👌👏

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, you can hear the traffic and next door has a dog who barked on and off all night. I normally don’t mind a travelodge stay when only staying somewhere one night but this was extremely unpleasant
