Reception staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are a little tired looking but clean. Twin beds or double, large bath with shower, toiletries, towels, bottled water, fridge, air conditioning, plenty of hanging space. Nice sea view from balcony. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Great location on beach road 7/11 next door. Unfortunately the markland cafe was closed. It’s a condo as well a hotel, so a few people living there. Pool was on the 5th floor so nice view of the sea, just a shame there were so many pool rules and not really allowed to do anything, move the sun beds, eat food or drink. Lovely massage place next door and a laundry, hairdressers.

Check in was very smooth,room was really big and clean, bed was very comfy. Ok, it's a bit "old" but it was clean. Nice swimming pool on 5th floor. Just a pity that there is no smoking area. Nice balcony and views. Staff was really friendly. Well situated at beach road. If I find a good promo fare I will definitely go there again!

パタヤビーチロードの北に位置します。 ホテルの正式名称マークランド　ビーチ　ビューです。この建物自体、高層階はコンドで5階から11階がホテルとして営業しているので、もし高層階に泊まったという書き込みがあった場合、コンドを貸し出されているだけなので宿泊施設名が違う場合があるかもしれません。 他の方のレビューにもありますが、シービュー、部屋がとにかく広く、プールとジムも利用出来てこの値段はお得。カップルだと部屋の古さに少しがっかりするかもしれません。 目の前はビーチロード、ソンテウでウォーキングストリート方面へ行きます。帰りはセカンドロードでセントラルマリーナを目指しましょう。MPもあるので家族連れやカップルは気まずいかも😅 ホテルの北側の道路沿いにランドリーサービスもあります。ホテル建物内に朝6時から24時まで営業のミニスーパーがあります。 朝メシをホテル外で食べようとすると他のエリアと比べて営業している店が少ないです。 あと、オートロックですがカードキーではないので外出中に部屋の電源は使えますし、冷房も弱めに入れておく事も出来ます。部屋の冷蔵庫は冷凍スペースも若干広いタイプでした。 テレビはAndroidのネットテレビです。各種サービスを利用できますがYouTubeは見れないタイプかなぁと思います。
