" had an extremely disappointing experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Morocco Agadir. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public. We have spent lots of money on a private swimming pool

The staff are very friendly especially the guys in the resturant very helpful. The room size was good. Location is good. The beach however is not near. There should have been water at least in the rooms upon arrival. Also should have an iron available to use.

Nul, hôtel qui pue dans les chambres. Problèmes d’égouts je pense. Je déconseille de passer des vacances ici. Hôtel bien placé mais à éviter. Super cher pour le prix A fuir même pour 1 nuit. Petit déjeuner et dîner à revoir. Les prix ne valent pas la qualité …

Hôtel un peu éloigné du bord de mer. Mais en plein centre de la ville.Mais le cadre est une petite boutique marocaine, la déco est soignée.le cadre extérieur autour de la piscine est agréable, colorée avec son bar et restaurant. C’est un hôtel calme et ambiance familiale, où les rencontres se font aisément. Personnel au petits soins. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Lovely little boutique hotel 10 mins walk to the beach if that, half hour walk to the gorgeous marina. The hotel staff were all amazing very attentive down to the men on the door. Airport pick up was arranged through the hotel. Staff are always happy to help. Lovely roof terrace where we spent the whole of day 1 with drinks being served. Would definitely come back. If your looking for something chilled and relaxed to explore from this is the perfect choice. Topped it off with lovely hot weather.

This hotel is a real gem, the hotel and rooms are spotless and daily serviced. The staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed 7 nights and took advantage of the half board menu, excellent value and the restaurant/hotel (Moroccan in taste and style) has a beautiful view of the pool with the option to enjoy outdoor dining if you prefer. The breakfast is buffet style with a wide range of continental pastries, meats etc including authentic Moroccan options too. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from some beautiful parks, we enjoyed both. Agadir is a perfect location for winter sun, great value and the locals were friendly and helpful. On the main beach front, (wide golden sandy beach) there are a variety of restaurants and the marina is a tranquil place to sit and enjoy a coffee. I am sure to return.

Hotel staff were great, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and good communicators. Rooms were clean tidy, housekeeping was efficient. The rooms were standard size, but we only sleep in ours, so perfectly adequate. The bar area was great, indoor and outdoor, only inside once, before choosing to go outside! The waiter thought we were mad, it’s the middle of January!! Still 17’c at 9pm!! There were other outside seating areas we didn’t use, with TV’s and cover. The pool looked pleasant but actually didn’t see anyone use it! It was in a sheltered courtyard area so didn’t get much sun in winter. The hotel had its own private cordoned off area on the beach that was awesome. The only reason for a 4 not a 5 was that the building is starting to look a little tired.

This is a good hotel and the rooms are very nice but the bathroom is rather small. If you have mobility problems this hotel is not for you as there is no lift to the upper floors and even getting into the reception area is difficult. What we liked best was the pool area where we had our evening meals. The choice of food was very limited (set menu ) but you have the option of "a la carte" No kettle in the room unfortunately but there is a minibar. There is a shop selling very reasonably priced beer and wine just a 5 minute walk away.

We found the hotel nicely decorated for Christmas and also with the ornaments of morocco they had clean beds cleaned the rooms doily changed towels daily very comfy beds shower great but not enough glass floor very wet lovely towels staff were friendly happy nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Breakfast was ok my son ate it mostly Olives toast yogurts ham cereal nice coffee scrabbled eggs lots of choice to have but not a lot of English. restaurant very busy at Breakfast not enough tables for all we ate outside on the terrace all lovely and clean the private beach with hotel towels lovely and clean. beds ok. The pool nobody got in it was so cold nice area BUT!!!! Now for a little down side my son slept with ANTS on his first night we never had any food or drinks the 4th night zi had some lemonade left in a glass by morning there were lots drowned ANTS some alive around the glass to .We took it to reception nothing happened no-one spoke to us about it. Then whilst we had our breakfast outside one morning the pigeons were using the pool to bathe in and the cleaners were sweeping whatever in the pool ??? Not sure if it was bleach dirt or what but no thanks. We never used the pool at any time or restaurant at night plenty of places to choose from outside and cheaper much cheaper the fridge in the room was stocked but well over priced. It's about 2 busy roads a fair few steps and more road to the beach down hill but a lovely beach . But lastly the natives are so friendly polite so helpful even had a copper pay for my 3 yogurts as the shop keeper didn't have any change. It was only 6 Dan not even £1.00. I do not recommend the CITY TOUR you can go in a Taxi much cheaper to the cable cars or bus and to the big indoor market that sells it all. We enjoyed the camel excursion but we didn't see the flamingos as it was dark not organised very well but the food and people were fantastic

Very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are clean and comfortable and cleaned nicely each day. Good value for money. There is a nice roof terrace for sunbathing, we didn’t use the pool area as it was quite shaded, although relaxing. Good location for the beach, marina and good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay here.

This place is a hidden gem! The surroundings are magical once you enter the building! The staff could not do anymore for you, and strive for more! The rooms are comfortable the bedding is dreamy! If your French is good you'll be ok with the menu, if not the staff will help with no problem!

Great Boutique style Hotel central location with great friendly staff that can’t do enough for you ! highly recommended with comfy huge bed and power shower private beach area 10 min walk away , fresh towels daily and cleaned rooms , did bbq lunch and Moroccan night both great value didn’t use spa so can’t comment, you won’t be disappointed staying here ❤️ Stayed 5 nights B&B late September

Beautiful hotel with large and modern rooms and bathrooms. Virtually no English TV, but not a big issue. Delicious buffet breakfast with fresh hot and cold items. We had the BBQ one lunchtime which was equally delicious and lovely to sit outside in the garden area with this. The outside bar is nice in the evenings, however the cocktails are rather watery so maybe give these a miss, go for local beer which is very nice. We used the spa on the last day, as a treat, however we were both very disappointed as the massers were not friendly at all. No smiles, talked through the treatments, banged about and the actual massage was so light to the touch, it was barely worth having! It was obvious they were using their phones and totally uninterested in giving us any real attention/care. This said I would definitely recommend this hotel, just not the spa.
