It's my second time sraying. I enjoyed every moment. I love the breakfast and the swimming pool. All staff is helpful, friendly and kind. Will always stay here when I'm in Pattaya..

Extended my stay because of their friendly services. Short distance from the beach, bus station to Bkk airport, & a very large fruit market. Also a great Thai restaurant on the way to the fruit market.

Very nice location room and staff

Very close to Jamtien Beach in *** area of Pattaya. Room was large and clean. A little old and run down, but clean. Staff was friendly. A good value for the location. Might stay here again. Pool area is comfortable and a good place to spend the afternoon.

I see a bunch of people complaining about the old design, but I kind of like it! It adds to the charm of the hotel. I personally did not have problems with my room and the room was also pretty spacious with a comfy bed, generous with pillows. The pool was very nice and clean. However, the gym, sauna, and steam rooms were not held up as good as everything else in the hotel. The gym was small and doesn't look that well-maintained. While the sauna was okay, the steam room looked dirty; when the steam switches off, that's when you can see the actual state of the room. Otherwise, the room and the common areas of the hotel were clean. Location wise, it is a really good spot if you want to access Jomtien Beach, budget friendly bars, and numerous Thai restaurants. It is a lengthy walk to Jomtien Night Market, though. But I personally don't mind the 15-20 minute walk. Despite being in a bustling area, it was rather quiet making it suitable for travellers who just want to rest at night. Thank you so much for accommodating me! I appreciate the hospitality.

Big hotel with nice restaurant open to 10pm , friendly staff at check in , close to *** areas and bars

Zing has everything you need during your stay. Restaurant, gym, sauna, free library, swimming pool, elevators. Close to the beach, bars, cabaret shows, restaurants and with the buses and taxi’s at the corner, 50 meters walk, you go for 10 bath to Pattaya city. The staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. Everything is very clean. Almost all the rooms are big, complete and clean. Good stay for a good price.

Overall compare with the hotel price is reasonable. Staffs are nice and proactive. Especially, the Housekeeper ( the big lady who service on the 4the floor. ). Unfortunately, the restaurant staffs are not the same. The day first we ask for extra coffee they inform charge 30THB for additional but the second day another staff ask for 70THB. We ask them why the price is changed but the information we receive quite a bit annoying. They need training from leader but we see they active so, they just lake of training “ sing the same song” is the key word whenever you failed to offer something with wrong information or you have to correct it what you failed to make the customer understand clearly.

The room is very clean, the shower equipment is also very good. And the girls at the reception desk are very nice andgentlee. Close to the beach.

Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Very convenient to the beach and lots of local shops and eateries around.
