Hotel yang sangat menakjubkan, bersih, rapi, dan kamar yang besar. Staf yang ramah. Sarapan prasmanan yang lezat, terlihat sangat bagus dan lokasi yang bagus.

Nice hotel, convenient location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, if you need to get somewhere, the transport stops right in front of the hotel.

The location was fine-just a short walk to the beautiful Wong Amat Beach—the experience was marred by poor customer service. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, which was acceptable to me. The front desk manager was extremely rude. When I asked a simple question in English, she asked if I was Chinese and didn’t answer. I was shocked and asked again, only for her to send me to the lobby. The bartender there was equally unhelpful, brushing me off with “I can’t do anything for you.” It felt like they treated me like a beggar, not a guest. This wasn’t about a language barrier; it was about their attitude. However, a younger woman at the front desk was polite, spoke good English, and offered great service when I checked in. While the location and cleanliness were good, the poor treatment by staff really left a negative impression.

Decent hotel and location, much better than the main area of Pattaya. I didn’t like Pattaya at all, but then again depends on what you’re looking for.

My son loves the room and the King size bed. He keeps walking around in the room. He also loves watching TV. The front desk was very helpful and even helped me print some documents for free. The breakfast was not so fantastic but if they cook too much also waste foods.

Hotel is not to far from the shopping malls, you may need 10 to 15 mins walk to the terminal 21 mall. But you can take baht car for 10 baht one way also. I did not try the hotel breakfast buffet because they have too much tours. Room are decent and the air condition is cool. Water pressure from the shower head is low pressure, but they do have a bath tub if you like. Toilet doesnt flush well. The kettle is very dirty and has so much stains on it. When i request to change another one, they asked me to talk to front desk for everything. The blanket has so much yellow and some blood stains. The water in the sink runs too slowly in my room. The bed is kind of hard and the pillows are too high and hard, not very comfortable. Even though I did not try their swimming pool, but it is pretty. It is on the top of the hotel and it may be too burning during the hot weather. 7 eleven is one block away. There is many bars, some restaurants nearby. There is no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. So please bring your own. The bedsheets and the blanket covers are full of their air fresher smell. For guests are sensitive to smell ir chemicals, it us not a good idea. The front desk ladies are pretty nice to me during my stay.

Excellent hotel with great pool on roof, but wifi is awful

Mostly great place. A lot of cafe nearby, 7-eleven, big pharmacy store and Best Supermarket. A lot of laters buses of tourists can make noise, but not long time. Breakfast simple (about 6-8 main dishshes and some appetazers) but tasty and fresh. Friendly and helpfull stafs also great point
