Located on Soi 3. Pattaya Beach rd. About 150m Beach end. Only had the breakfast here. Food was ok . Think precooked. The American breakfast. I sat down at a table (all tables are 4 seats) the older grumpy waiter asked "how many people? ) just me i said. "MOVE HERE" he said. I got up moved to the table next to me " a table of 4) ??? 10 mins later a single person came in sat where i was originally. Waiter didn't say a word. Won't be back

I have stayed here most years since 2008 usually for 2 weeks. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious with a fridge freezer, TV, wet room, balcony and of course air con. The staff speak good English and are very welcoming. The restaurant is popular not only with residents but also with visitors. It is in a Soi which through the day is busy but not noisy and at night you will sleep without hearing any noisy bar. You are only 150 yds from the beach and 100 yds to Beach Rd where there is an abundance of baht buses. All this for very favourable price.
