Tempatnya sangat mudah diakses. Pusat perbelanjaan di seberangnya, pasar malam dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Pantai juga berjarak sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki. Lokasinya luar biasa. Kolam renang di lantai atas juga menghadap ke pantai.

Lokasi bagus, tepat di seberang Central Pattaya, kamar bersih dan luas. Kolam renang agak kecil tapi masih oke, sarapan lumayan tapi sangat ramai

Hotel yang bagus dengan staf yang sangat ramah. Banyak tamu yang berperilaku kasar dan sangat berisik. Kolam renang di rooftop dengan pemandangan indah namun hanya memiliki sembilan kursi berjemur untuk bersantai. Prasmanan pagi hari dapat menawarkan kualitas makanan yang lebih baik. Tidak ada kamar yang memiliki pemandangan laut nyata tetapi hanya sebagian.

Check-in yang baik adalah bencana. Pertama-tama resepsionis tidak menerima paspor digital jadi saya menunda check-in *****tara dan mengambil paspor kertas saya. Lalu tengah malam antrian dan menunggu untuk check in sangat buruk. Benar-benar kecewa dan kesal.

Location is just opposite to central shopping mall, close to beach, shopping centre and massage shop, hotel is well service and staff are very friendly

Location is conveniently beside central Pattaya. Room was big and spacious. Hotel offers a free upgrade to one bed room premier from studio executive. Hotel was clean and service staff was very friendly and helpful too. Price was pretty reasonable as well.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days during my trip to Pattaya. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location close to the beach. Other than that, I did not feel that it was worth the price I paid. I’m not sure if it was because it was a Monday, but the hotel was very crowded and I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM. The reception service was also disappointing and not very welcoming. The room and mattress were quite average. The room had a damp smell and the overall odor was unpleasant. The swimming pool was much smaller than it appeared in the advertisements and it closes at 8:00 PM, which is inconvenient if you return late after sightseeing. Breakfast is served on the second floor, so guests who want to enjoy breakfast with a sea view may be disappointed. During breakfast, I ordered Thai noodles and the staff member’s attitude was not friendly. There was no acknowledgment or response, and it felt as though they were unwilling to serve guests. Overall, apart from being close to the beach, I found the service, room quality, and facilities disappointing for the price. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
