Location as well as Room cleaness is ultimate , Breakfast option is good for indian travelers, Swiming pool is superb.

Horrible put us in old seperate wing no elevator room dirty flying bugs insects hair in refridge and toilet hard beds window overlooked garbage pile asked for transfer they said fully booked..we paid extra for the floating market tour...front desk said contact trip...trip said contact front desk....finger pointing and blaming no help no tour......the worst terrible

Spacious Rooms, Strategic Location, but Some Drawbacks I stayed at Grand Bella Hotel, Pattaya for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The strategic location is a major plus—easily accessible and close to many key attractions. One of the highlights is the two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for a quick dip or lounging around. I also appreciated the free luggage storage service, which allowed me to store my bags while waiting for check-in or my flight without any hassle. Another bonus? The hotel doesn’t require a room deposit, which is a rare convenience. However, my only disappointment was the lack of an elevator in Block B, where my room was located. Staying on the 4th floor meant climbing stairs daily, which can be tiring, especially after a long day out. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort, good amenities, and a central location in Pattaya, but do check your room’s block if stairs might be an issue for you.

Not expected when we booked this hotel as they have shown brand new photos and all. when we entered in the room it smells badly and there were no any toiletries provided and towels having many dirty stains and tore from all borders. only hair shampoo provided no bath gels available. Not recommend or book again

This hotel is acceptable, I don’t like it so much. Good location, but the service is not very good

Quite a large hotel with four buildings. Room nice size with everything provided. Bed very comfortable. Swimming pool is nice. Freedom of access to your room. Maybe not the best option if you acquire a holiday girlfriend. Indian food for breakfast. That was a shock , but there are so many Indian guests? Parking available. Entrance via the Hospital entrance next door. Overall, excellent prestation for the price.

You can't get such bad service for this money. The pillows were too big and of poor quality.

It was a decent hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Checkout time is a little early but otherwise good to stay at.
