Nice and peaceful hotel with comfy rooms. Good location close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, beds were confortable, room was clean. A 7eleven market is just next to the hotel.

For us the location was excellent. 7/11 across the road, markets and other attractions a short distance away.

Room was good size Has 7-11 opposite which is handy Had an issue with cleaning room but once sorted is was good Traffic can get very busy and noisy Overall a pleasant experience

Good to sleep, no parking need to park side of the road

The hotel is good and very convenient for travel. There is a 711 at the door. There are several larger 711s when you turn left and go straight. It is less than 2 kilometers to the pier and the pedestrian street is also very close.

There is a crossroads downstairs, and 711 is close by. The cats in the hotel are very cute and friendly. It is 2km away from Pattaya Pier, which is very convenient to Koh Larn. The water quality is not very good, so you must bring a filter. The water near the sea should be similar. It is about 5km to Terminal 21 Mall. There is also a big 711 at Pattaya Pier, which is very convenient for shopping.

It is a very cost-effective hotel

It's worth more than the price paid. It's clean. There's everything around the hotel: restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and a shuttle service.

The room is spacious, not cramped, and is near 7-Eleven, just across the road. There are many street food options to choose from. However, if you want to relax in peace and quiet, I would not recommend it because the traffic noise is very loud since the accommodation is right on the road. However, overall, the price and overall picture are good.

The room is beautiful and clean. The staff provides good service.

Overall it's OK, but the air conditioner is too noisy, and the water in the wash basin in the bathroom is too small. Other things are OK, the service staff is great
