Ulasan Herdegen Rooms - Self Check-IN

We didn't recieved any verification code about the key, we try to call the number posted but not working, we try to call the other number that shows in front of the hotel but it took time for them for answering the phone. We waited 30 minutes outside the hotel, freezing.. Quite disappointed because we're so tired with our 24 hrs flight from Philippines.. 😭😭😭

There was no room cleaning of our room. The hotel provides a contact phone number to contact in case of problems. I tried to call that number more than 5 times - no one answered the phone. I stayed in other self-service check in hotels before, but the service of this hotel is very disappointing.

Sehr veraltet Hotel, das perfekt für eine Nacht ist. Mini TV inkl.

優點： 1. 酒店有提供膠囊咖啡 2. 地理位置極佳，後面就是商場，前方就是老城區，超市3分鐘內 3. 打掃人員態度極佳 缺點： 1. 第一次預訂時沒收到email, 導致入住時要打電話問密碼 2. 沒前台, 有事一定要寫email或是打電話 3. 房間內常有蠹蟲 4. 水壓小，蓮蓬頭堵塞
