It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge. Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

Everything is perfect. There is 1 minimart opposite of the hotel. Reception also okay to received food order from outside. Definitely will stay in this hotel chains again

Few sleepless nights as room next door is very noisy and sound proofing not good. Request to change a room, but have to accept downgrade as "there are no room left"....

The service is great, much better than expected. The breakfast is also OK. I paid extra for it at the front desk. There is also a buffet for dinner, which changes frequently. The hotel can also arrange transportation.

I stayed for only one night on a business trip. The service, facilities and environment are relatively good in the same price range. I would recommend it.

The room was quiet, and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean, but there were dirty stains on the towels on the first day. The white towels had turned black. I would like to recommend a good cleaning method. There was a resident band at the buffet, and the food was monotonous and not fresh. The ordering was great, especially the steak. The Ikkyu restaurant was nice and worth a try. I especially praised the coffee at breakfast, which was very good!
