AAnonymous UserIt was a great stay. We requested for a late check in since we will be coming early in the morning the next day & it was a smooth transaction, from the request to check in until check out. Every one was accommodating. We had a great time & rest! Rooms are very clean and the amenities are complete. We will definitely book again at this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel services were good, clean rooms and comfortable stay. Rooms are good for families and they make sure to keep the guest aware of the hotel policies. Maybe something to improve, since we booked 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults we observed that the masters comfort room needs further sanitation in which I explained to the staff before we checked out.

AAnonymous UserRoom was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and very accommodating to our request. Whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.

TTheo StanHop Inn Ortigas is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of Metro Manila. From the moment you arrive, the friendly and efficient staff ensure a seamless check-in process, setting a welcoming tone for your stay. The rooms, though compact, are thoughtfully designed with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom with hot and cold showers. The minimalist decor and soothing color palette create a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One of the hotel's standout features is its strategic location. Situated in Ortigas Center, it provides easy access to major business hubs, shopping malls like SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria, and various dining options. Public transportation is also readily available, making it convenient for guests to explore nearby attractions or commute to meetings. Despite its budget-friendly pricing, the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and security, with 24-hour front desk service and keycard-accessed floors. Another highlight is the free high-speed Wi-Fi, which is reliable and fast, catering well to both business and leisure travelers. While the hotel does not offer an in-house restaurant, vending machines and nearby eateries provide plenty of dining options. Additionally, the property includes free parking, a rare and valuable perk in this bustling area. Overall, Hop Inn Ortigas offers outstanding value for money, combining affordability with quality service, modern facilities, and a prime location. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel provides a hassle-free and pleasant experience without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Hop Inn Ortigas for travelers looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Metro Manila. It’s a place where affordability meets quality, ensuring you get the most out of your visit without compromise.

AAnonymous UserClean Room but Misleading View, Breakfast, and Maintenance Issues Review: I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing. Positives: 1. The room was clean upon arrival. 2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available). 3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling. Areas for Improvement: 1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience. 2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation. 3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep. 4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience. 5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light. Overall: While the location is convenient and staff were courteous, the lack of proper maintenance, misleading room description, and the absence of the advertised buffet breakfast on the first day were disappointing. These issues need attention to align with what guests are promised when booking. Rating: 3/5

PPretty Kusinera LakwatseraI’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

AArthur van der MeerenThis is an old one, which reflects in all amenities, rooms etc. The rooms, depending what you choose, are spacious. But all is old, although the bed, linnen and shower are good. Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes. Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room.
