The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The aircon was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.

The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating and courteous. Food is great as well. Will definitely book again.

They not give us free cancellation while we’re in hospital..

Location was good but the amenities are not that okay. AC was not cold enough, and the water in the bathroom is not clean when we use it, we have to wait until it's clear
