Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

We were at the 13th floor and we stayed for 2 nights, we thought we could have a relax time inside our room but it was terrible, people like youngones, adults, olds you name it, they don’t choose a time to make so much noise not even in the middle of the night, children are crying most of the time in the whole way , adults have this huge of voice like they were the only people out there not considering that there are people too who are trying to have rest. We were dissappinted that the hotel staffs didn’t do anything to lower down the noise.

We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. It was the perfect place for her to have fun and enjoy the water. We also celebrated my mom's birthday during our stay, and it turned out to be a memorable occasion. The room was spacious and fully equipped, including kitchen amenities, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we left with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Additionally, it is **close to Manila Bay**, providing scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.

Hotel Location is good, staffs are polite. the only problem is that when we arrived at the hotel for check in there is no available room yet for us and we need to wait like almost 1 hr before we got to our designated room. But all in all we enjoy the experience ,MOA is walking distance from our hotel,near 7/11 and jollibee. Very convenient for us.

Location was the best part for this hotel Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly. The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers. I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.
