The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The Encarmada rooftops bar is quite place to hangout , great food and service . We enjoy our breakfast buffet on Milagritos . We really enjoyed the food and ambience . Satisfied and overall great experience.

They are not provide shower cream. You have to use soap to taking shower. I am not recommending this hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous. The facilities were very clean and well kept and the aircon worked very well and quiet. We paid extra for the room to include the buffet breakfast and it was well worth it. Also, it is within walking distance (less than 1 km) from the hotel, although we grabbed a taxi in the evening from the mall back to the hotel. I had to go to the main immigration office in Manila to renew my annual report because I'm an expat and my filipina wife and I will be staying at Tryp again next year for my next annual report renewal.

Review for TRYP-
I recently stayed at TRYP, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. Firstly, the toilet in my room was broken, causing significant inconvenience during my stay.
The malfunctioning toilet was an unexpected inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my visit. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, it did impact the quality of my stay.
I would appreciate it if the hotel could take this matter seriously and consider compensating me for the inconvenience caused. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts to address the issue promptly. However, I believe a gesture of goodwill would go a long way in restoring my confidence in the hotel.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.
