I love the view

The owner or agent is hard to communicate, there are changes on the actual booking during the date of checkin, they transferred the client on other condo. They have poor customer service, they are inconvenient to client. Damaged door locked and other concerns.  They should be penalized.

Service is terrible. The pillow and under the bed are very dirty. The accommodation is unprepared, we wait an hour. The agent is unattended, even if I send her the info of my stay. We didn't open the room for an hour because she said we should have to go. This hotel is needed to deposit a 2k for security reasons. My son broke a glass of water, worth of 200. This is the first and the last to book in this room. Not recommended to stay.

first. it's not shell residence. the owner post it wrong second. room cleaness is bad like nobody clean the unit ( i leave a photo of cigarettes ash on a bottom) third. so freakin slow response for a check-in (i was going to change another accommodation following trip manager's recommandation) fourth. there's a deposit system(i mean its not bad. but somebody who stayed here recently got it back after 1 hour) that's why i tried to get check-out earlier than regular check-out time

The place is neat but we encountered a problem with the agent. I was supposedly checked in at Shell Residences but was immediately transfer to Shore when I arrived, it was not convenient since I needed to walk with my baggages. Lastly, I waited too long to claim my security deposit, it took 1 hour before my agent attended me when I checked out, I had my lunch late and wasted my time.

Worse part of occupying this unit is inability to contact anyone ( agent or owner) regarding urgent issues. Even trip.com was unable to easily contact them. I informed the agent of no light in bathroom when he met us to check us in and was never fixed - Authorization from administration/ owner was never received by the hotel so they held on to our driver’s license the entire time ( which is very weird because the stay has been fully pre-paid for). Check out day was terrible. Unable to contact agent or owner regarding where to leave unit keys( hotel reception would not take it because they said they have nothing to do with individual units). I did not know how to get my security deposit back $20 because agent who was supposed to check us out was unable to ve reached. Owner could not be reached by phone and no response to my email or trip.com’s email. Most stressful stay.

Its ok for traveller.. the room is clean and tidy.. i love the view from the room
