Naoussa Hills Boutique hotel was n total letdown. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, closer to 2-star. There seems to be major problems around the property. Maintenance is lacking, rooms were moldy and dirty. Insufficient linen, swimming towels are not readily available at the pool, pool loungers are broken, grass is unkept and grows about ankle height. Paper cups were provided in the rooms for coffee, but was never replaced throughout our stay. They charge €1.50 per Nespresso pod which is very expensive. The hotel advertises on their website that they have a shuttle/transfer service. This is a lie as they don't have such a service. There is also not a functioning restaurant or bar, even though this was advertised. We were repeatedly told to speak to the owner about the issues we were having, but he was never available except for the last day where he was extremely rude to his staff as well as guests. It also appears that he is applying abusive labour practices as staff works from 6am till 11pm. Breakfast is very very bad and not on par with other (more affordable) hotels on the islands. Breakfast mainly consists of items that comes from a box or a packet. Really very disappointed. Don't book at this hotel, it is a ripoff.
