Hotel room was renovated. tv is not able to view YouTube which is a drawback. Overall the service is good. Variety of breakfast items is huge compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed in Srilanka.

Overall a great couple of nights. Good hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. The room was spotless, big bed and great water pressure in the shower (not a given in a lot of places!) The rooftop pool is nice to sit beside but be aware the surrounding buildings do block pretty much all views so fine as long as you're not expecting to watch the sunset!

Kamar saya berbau seperti selokan, bau menyengat yang benar-benar membuat saya mual setiap hari. Staf mencoba mengurangi bau dengan membuang cairan ke saluran pembuangan, tetapi begitu Anda menggunakan keran, baunya kembali lagi. Saya telah melihat ulasan tentang bau tersebut, tetapi mengira itu masalah *****tara pada saat ulasan itu ditulis. Tirai terlihat kotor dan perlu dicuci. Selain itu, kamar luas dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Pemandangannya indah dengan kereta api yang lewat setiap hari di atas ombak laut. Restoran Big Spoon hanya beberapa langkah dari hotel dan menyajikan porsi besar - wajib dicoba. Tuktuk dan taksi juga terparkir tepat di depan hotel. Semoga bau selokan ini segera teratasi... ini hotel yang bagus tetapi bau itu tidak akan pernah membuat saya memesannya lagi.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all. Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety. Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money.

Arrived very late and we’re still welcome D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you. E nice they be nice easy peasy xox

Amazing location and friendly staff and clean rooms. Will be a added bonus if we can have Jaffna food Available all day from lunch time till midnight. Great experianca. Well done
