TTamuThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

TTamuVery big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop.
T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel!
Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

TTamuActually it was really bad experience, I booked it for my friend, it was dirty, with cockroaches and hair all over .my friend made a deal with them about the refund, it supposed to go to my account as i paid for that , amd they never did . Not recommend to stay there . I know 200$ it’s a lot for someone in India , but hell , do what you promised!!!

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

TTamuIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
