"I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area."

"We checked in again for 1 night after a week long stay in Trident. This time the room was dated. Hopefully it will be refurbished soon as our earlier stay was in the newly renovated room. The service and staff are excellent. View from the hotel was super."

TTamuI LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It is so close to marine drive, I mean I just have to walk across the street and the sea is just right in front of me. Besides that, my room got the sea view so I could see beautiful view in sunset and sunrise. Also the restaurant has a balcony so you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast

TTamuThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

TTamuОчень хороший отель, вежливый персонал, который всегда готов помочь! Номер дали большой для нас троих человек. Номера немного старенькие, но нам это никак не мешало. Все чисто, все работает. Напор воды отличный. При отеле есть ресторан и кафе, очень все вкусно. Еда вся вегетарианская, что для нас было очень важно. Очень вкусные десерты. Через дорогу море, в пяти минутах хотьбы. Не далеко Старбакс, где мы пили кофе. Благодарим администрацию и работников отеля за заботу и отличный сервис.

TTamuIt's my favourite Hotel with a lot of sentimental values because we got married here. But this stay we were quite disappointed. Except for food and Staff everything else was very disappointing. Rooms are very dated and are in desperate need of upgrading. Chairs, Sofas, Carpets are stained I'm holding back to use word dirty. The worst part is residents are restricted to use swimming pool for it has been rented out to a club called Bastian's. This causes great nuisance to residents besides that as residents we are not allowed to use the pool or sit around the pool. This is not informed at the time of booking or check in. Important to note it's by no means cheap compared to next door Hotel Novotel or any other 4* Hotels in Mumbai City. All in all quite disappointed. Sorry....

RR111Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

JJTSydneyLet me start by saying the description of the size of the room was misleading. It is described as a 30m2 room but what I got was not even half that size. On the plus side, the hotel is really close to the Gateway of India right on the heart of Colabra. There are plenty of eating and shopping options. On the minus side, the room was on the small side. There were not enough powers outlets but the few that were in the room were universal plugs. There was also no table to work from in the room. Last but most importantly, I think the room and facility did not justify the hefty price tag that came with it.
