Always a fantastic stay at our fav place in Newcastle, short work to the toon or the quayside so plenty to do and see and plenty of places to eat. Rooms are really clean and well equipped!! Can't wait to stay again!!

The hotel staff were very friendly & very attentive, which was lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have a lot of space. The shower pressure was great and the room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was very lumpy/had a dip in it, so unfortunately, wasn't the best night's sleep and I woke up with a bad back, but this may have just been the room I was in. The breakfast in the morning was average compared to other breakfast buffet's I have had in hotels recently but the atmosphere was very chilled. For a one night stay, the hotel did the job.

坦白説，房間的大小超出了我的想象，很寬敞的公寓。廚房的設定該有的都有，可以自己做早餐和晚餐，我們有一晚就自己做海鮮晚餐，可以洗衣服，有家的感覺，就是設施比較陳舊。出行也很方便，離火車站和超市都很近，下次來還會考慮這裏。

Saya menginap di sana selama tiga hari dua malam. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bersih dan luas. Suasana sejak Anda memasuki hotel juga sangat berkelas dan suasananya luar biasa! Pasti akan merekomendasikannya kepada teman dan keluarga!

Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. Hotel is right next to the airport so extremely convenient. The decor was pretty dated and the window seal needed some maintenance (left a half-cm gap so a permanent draft) but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the tea mugs a nice large size. I'd stay again if needed as frankly the other factors outweigh the decor for me.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time.
